Correct, because you need to update.

1. Close the the BOL Card Catcher. Make sure you have the latest version and install from the main download link: https://acepokersolutions.com/poker-soft...

2. Open the BOL CC and you'll see a blue registration screen. Click on RESET LICENSE.

3. After Reset license is complete, click on Register Cash Games or Tournaments, whichever license you have, and re-enter your license number. If you have Cash and Tournam

Turn it off when registering if you're having an issue.

Yes, it works great. We just open the card catcher before opening VPN or not use VPN at all.

Ok, ya... if you're using a VPN, then it's essential you have ICC open first.

Edit : nvm, solved. It was a poker client issue. looks like he had an older version of betonline installed. I just reinstalled the betonline poker client and it fixed the issue.

Got it, but the registration still doesnt work. Is there a server issue?


i realized PT4 uses the wrong payout method for hyper turbo SnG. the correct payouts should be 35/65 but they use 30/70. is there a way to fix this with how the file is processed or is this a PT4 issue?

Ii don't think it's a server issue, I can login to my account. Have you tried emailing support?
