Well, that was ugly. Don't know what it is with this team and Ottawa.

A friend of mine was in a local dive bar the other night and ran into a guy who got fed by Wayne Simmonds a few years ago. Fought him while Simmonds was playing German second division during the lockout. Didn't expect these particular worlds to ever collide.

Dale Hunter got suspended 21 games for doing pretty much the same thing Rielly did way back when. Ofc he had a history of being dirty before that which I'm sure factored into that many games.

I'm not a Canadian tax expert but in the U.S. he would be taxed at a normal rate of 35%. A signing bonus the way teams use it is basically an up front salary. Certainly he is not playing for $1 million a year. Also assume that if he were to retire early that he would have to pay some of that signing bonus back?

5 games about what i expected for rielly given that the player wasn't really injured, would have been at least 10-20 if greig broke a cheekbone or suffered a bad concussion or something. great system
