There's no server issue. You just need to update and reset your license from the blue screen on load.

I emailed support about this, they are still working on it. no eta yet.

I'll check on Monday and update in here.

The card catcher is working great.
Just have a question. Every time i open the card catcher in my new laptop, it asks me to register my serial key. Any idea how to let it remember my license?

I had that before, contact support, and they will send you the instruction on how to fix it 😀

I have a question about the mirror folder, does it come back when i update windows?

Usually not.. I think it only happens when you are close to not having enough space. But typically it doesn't happen, except for rare instances.
