Love this thread. Sorry, have to pay tribute to the four dogs who came before, even though I am missing one in this picture (who came in between these four and the two above).

Can't forget these guys.

^Nice

Are you a nomad?

Copper is a Coonhound. He belongs to our neighbors, but spends a lot of time with us, especially if they are out of town. He's 14 or 15 years old, but is loving life. (We have 33 acres with 28 of woods, and they have about 40 acres and back up to us. To visit, he travels through the woods to a hole we keep in our fence we call "Coppergate.")

No, we are not nomads. Power was out so we were staying in the camper. Copper's humans were out of town, so he was visiting.

So awesome!

Meet Winston, our Red Coonhound, who used to have the run of the neighborhood, until he came back with a neighbors chicken. Very vocally expressive, has many whines or chirps to let us know what's up.

We hear Copper (the Coonhound) braying every evening around dusk!

~4 months in a fridge, no food or water, dgaf...She's a badass!

Hell yeah. Spring is coming!

Now that's a pet -- let's you take a winter vacation w/o a sitter!

Where's Dom and his Testudinidae collection.

the herd shows up every week so mominlaw considers them pets
counted over thirty as they were grazing not long after dawn this morning
taken from their living and dining rooms
our movement and talking inside would perk them up
that middle bull was the biggest

yesterday morning was a flock of tom turkeys

That's so awesome...
