as much as i love to rag on ACR and now boycott them , that used to happen to me when i left a table without standing up first. so what happened to you was you X out the table but your funds and seat were still active while sitting out .
you need to stand up first and then X out the room if you want your avail balance to be shown immediately

Close the poker client, reopen and the trapped tables will usually show up and you close then and money goes to account.
Been a minute since I played there . So who knows now.
That was my first thought but didn't solve the issue unfortunately. I've restarted a few times already and the table launches with the error.

Just confused as to how I can owe money on rake back - not saying its wrong just genuinely confused.
Why is it so hard for basic software like this to function in 2024? WPN's software is literally the most defunct - and for such a long period of time - I have ever seen. Period.

Can I run equilab and ACR at the same time? I have some pre-flop ranges saved in there. (Not using it to calculate odds or anything just want to be able to reference the pre-flop charts I made.) I don't want to break the rules.
I have an account at BCP (which I assume is black chip poker). How do I know if I have rakeback there or not? I created the account decades ago. I'm pretty sure I signed up for something but don't remember.

click on rakeback and you will see your statistics and how much your rakeback percentage is

So researching it seems like based on my low volume of play and low stakes, I should be trying to do the fixed 27% rakeback instead of the elite program.

Long time barrin. Support should be able to swap your account over from the loyalty program to rakeback.
Is anyone else missing their rakeback today?
I've had some sitting in there for 3 or 4 days that
I had not yet redeemed, I logged in today and it is at "0".
Hey guy's, I'm just wondering why when I hover my mouse over someone's avatar I don't get a location anymore. I used to see where people were from and it just seems like it went away. I'm not sure if I perhaps changed a setting or something.

A software update a few months ago removed the option to see player location for all players.
whats up with players that dont know topping up is an option ? They'll buy in for whatever amount lose about but they dont top up they just keep playing with a broken stack until its gone then rebuy for the amount they brough in for originally

They are bad players, cash game fish. What else do u want to hear?
Seems like even a bad player would know how to top up. Are they so dense they don't know what to do until the rebuy button pops up on their screen

Also could be some people playing on mobile client, have no idea how to top up on that garbage app.
Click join waitlist, table pops up, click join, says you have been disconnected from our server, wash rinse repeat (WRR), give up, try to click join waitlist, but some sort of timeout period, eventually works and lets me join wait list

Yes this. He was playing 100% micros and there are a lot of players at those limits who indeed do not like to top up.
