Trooper97 vlogs, discussions etc. will be allowed to continue in the new thread. That thread will not be unchained and I will work with the other LVL mods to keep it civil.
I personally am not going to allow a lot of the horrible posting that went on in the original thread to take place and I will be very generous with post deletions and bans if needed.
Posts the are overly derogatory, mean spirited, name calling (including using rude derivatives of names) , and demeaning posts towards any of the vloggers or posters in the thread will be deleted at the mods discretion. If any accounts persistently do this they will be banned or exiled from posting in this thread. In these cases we may issue a warning first.
Accounts that are used only to or substantially to troll post in this thread will be banned.
No personal family information or situations allowed in the thread.

OK Vlogger Thread, we are going with some new parameters to try to make this the POSITIVE vlogger thread that it is supposed to be, not the AIDS vlogger thread where a few loonies ruin it for the rest. Note that 'positive' does not equal 'only positive', it means anything negative being said CAN'T be namecalling or wild, unsubstantiated speculation regarding any and all vloggers. Guys like Rice and Troop have proven over the years in their vlog that they have zero post flop strategy. They call hands a cooler when, in actuality, they were maybe 60-65% preflop. They think because they have the best hand preflop, they deserve to ein the pot and the other person got lucky, sucked out, or "no one runs as bad as me".
Since their post flop strategy is non-existent, roll is limited, and they're so adverse to risk their bet sizing is often horrible to get the draws to fold.

Almost all of my biggest losses are in good games. But so are my biggest wins.
Trooper would get his head bashed open in those good games or win 1-2 buy ins. Never won big.
I theoretically could have reset 2/1/24 but the new video claims its a rolling 12 month period. So if that is the case anyone who has played 12.5 hour per month for each month of the past year will maintain permanent tier status.
Based on his travels, he did not meet the 12.5-hour requirement.

This is a guy who regularly goes without showering for a weekend when he sleeps in his car to avoid paying the higher room rates. I remember when called out on it, he commented like oh there’s ways to take care of that issue without saying what he was doing. He never just outright said he finds a way to shower so it’s not that.

He probably does stink at times but if that was the issue here 7 seat would have wanted to get as far away from him as possible and happily taken the 2 seat.

Pretty rough to watch him going on monkey tilt the past few sessions.
A possible seasonal strategy...
January and February play agressively and bluff to the maximum possible until reputation is burned.
Then March through the end of the year play the ELD strategy and build up tier hours until status. By the time tier status is reached the reputation is cleared now one can start playing aggressively again.
