Where’s the guy who said Kentucky is the team nobody wants to play? lol

I've said that all along, and I still stand by that. But I also said UK can lose to anyone. If you are a Houston or UConn, UK is adding a bit of variance to their final four chances if UK is in their bracket. At the same time you could also convince me UConn or Houston are more likely to make the final four if UK is in their bracket. That is this UK team in a nutshell. I mean UK both beat UNC on a neutral floor, and lost to UNC Wilmington at home.

They can lose to anyone or can beat a good team. That sounds like every team in a nutshell

Their defense has fallen into the triple digits lol. 108 in the country. Houston is shaking

Yeah yeah you're a Virginia basketball fan and Virginia is the same damn thing every game.

I'm not saying UK is great at all. And yes beat anyone can lose to anyone is a cliché. But when they have looked great, they have looked like the best team in college basketball, but then there have been multiple games like today

Here are the projected 3 seed right now

Duke
Baylor
Creighton
Kentucky

I simultaneously believe Kentucky is the least likely of that group to reach the elite 8, but the most dangerous of that group if they do

Im not a fan of anyone lol. It’s a cool picture.

Go Cats. The tournament would be better if they go far.

Caleb Love's last three ORtgs:

USC away (24)
USC neutral (97)
Oregon neutral (42)

"Bad Caleb" rearing his head at the wrong time for 'Zona

Gross. He’s certainly high variance.

Cal is fond of talking about "the Gold Standard"

is this it?

ONIONS in Minn!

refs reffing in B1G semis

Wisky getting screwed here

Wisconsin definitely was getting screwed. Purdue will be first #1 out.

Purdue will be first #1 out.

What else is new?

Gotta admit this feels like a very underwhelming conference tourney year.

I feel like it comes down to basically all the 1 seeds being locked up (and if UNC/TENN flip it doesn't matter that much) and there really being no big time regular season races where we are hoping for a rubber match in the title game.

Yup, seems like most of it is pretty set at this point. A few chances for non-tourney teams to make it, like state.

With that said, seems like Hou and Uconn are pretty far ahead of everyone else. I think both are terrible matchups for the Heels.

Anything can happen in March Madness, though.

Oh there is a good portion of the fanbase that already has pitchforks raised. I'm in the portion that is tapping the pitchfork. If UK loses in the first weekend it won't be pretty around here...

I also can't help but feel like conference expansion has killed the conference tourneys.

When you're playing a true round robin, the seeding feels earned in a way it just doesn't now.

Definitely. I just can’t wait to add Cal, Stan and SMU to the ACC next season. That’ll just be so awesome. The players will really love a cross country conference game in the middle of February.

Agree all around. Also this UK team is strangely like UNC teams over the years. Emphasis on beating you with great O.

Stan the UCD Aggies with me tonight or be dead to me

We’re playing for the right to be a 16 seed so this is basically my Super Bowl since the actual super bowl

I would like to retract this statement. I forgot about Kelvin

hard to believe Iowa St. is doubling up HOU right now

56 - 28

crazy stuff

and Temple looking to create another bid steal...

Would have said near zero chance Iowa State snags the last 1 seed but seems quite live at this point

Zero chance UNC is not a 1 seed if they win tonight.
