The drought ends!

That Dave Portnoy Uconn bet doesn’t look so stupid now

by NotReddBoiler k

Everyone outside of Clingan on UConn has looked terrible tonight. Not sure how anyone could have watched that first half and thought to themselves this team is unbeatable.

lol.

they did similar vs SD State then won by 30.

by Lawnmower Man k

LOL college basketball. This is more unwatchable than the women's game.

Doubt

Those of you that know things, which teams left are the worst match-up for UConn, and what would line be?

I assume Purdue so Edey vs Clingan can happen, but is it still like UConn -6?

UConn would be a 3 point fav over Purdue on a neutral court. Maybe Vegas opens it at 3.5 at the most. Edey would dumptruck Clingan

by tarheels2222 k

Don’t take it personally, Redd. These things are notoriously difficult to predict.

by tarheels2222 k

lol. Not unbeatable, huh?

Which one is it? You told me I was wrong when I tried telling you a month ago Uconn was the clear #1, and now you want to argue nobody can beat them.

by tarheels2222 k

I’m just giving you a hard time since both UConn and Purdue lost since you posted it was basically them against the field.

I still agree they're the top two teams, although, I will have my doubts about Purdue, and really any BIG team in the tourney, until proven otherwise. It's only been 24 years.

Is that what I actually said?

Well something like that anyways

Haha. They’re also playing even better now than they were then.

All good heels. Just like trolling you UNC guys.

Right back at ya.

At least game 2 should be closer. Could go either way.

If they don't win their next 2 games by double digits then they don't get the trophy

UCONN's 2nd half ppp: 1.34

Cling Kong

by NotReddBoiler k

Cling Kong

They didn't make too many of the ones contested by other people either though.

Maybe the worst game plan I can remember a coach having in a long time?

by NotReddBoiler k

Edey would dumptruck Clingan

Isn't Clingan pretty much universally seen as much the better player and certainly a better NBA prospect?

Is this good?

Pulled up espn to go follow the stats on the game and I see that the uconn women are up on duke 23-13...

At ****ing halftime.

Speaking of espn, **** them.

Edey v Clingan in the final would be popcorn

Yes and he still can't guard EDEY down low. The onus is on EDEY to get there and face him, though. Edey is the first back to back national player of the year since Ralph Sampson. Easily the best college basketball player in the last 25 years or more.
