OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.

Rick had a couple enticing new offers in the app when I checked this morning - one was for a 50 cent breakfast sandwich, looked like only exclusions were the bagels. Grabbed an Egg McMuffin. I think it said good 1x per day thru 4/28, lets hope so anyway. Also had one for a $1 breakfast sandwich.
YMMV as always with app offers but worth a check
Also, last week for Wendy’s $1 single and $2 double app offers starts today.
Sticky Chicky nuggets, good. BlackBerry lemonade amazing, apple pie bites fine, Chicken Sandwich can’t compete but edible.
Not sure if nationwide, Monday 5$ bowls, W 5$ Pot Pies.

A thought just struck me: I wonder if the Wendy's $1/$2 offer will be the last 1/4 pound burger for a buck deal we'll ever see. BK's current deal is 2 whopper jr's for 5 bucks (1/4 pound of beef total).

Whoa!!!! The Arby's deal allows you to get ANY sandwich for free. I debated a half pound beef n cheddar or the brisket but settled for the rueben. Someone screwed up the app promo. 😀

Hmm so I reread the email, my reading comprehension sucks. It's a free sandwich (any sandwich) once a week for every week in April.

Yeah, if the Redhead brings back a March Madness deal next year I would fully expect it to be $2 single/$3 double at best. Considering the menu price on the mostly beefless basic junior cheeseburger is almost $2.50, this has been an insanely good deal.
I wish the Asian Popeyes locations had the us chicken sandwich. Instead they all have a shitty knock off version. Teokbokki chicken was interesting though but not as spicy as the Korean rice noodles usually are.

And a medium orange creamsicle
Literally 10/10 on the FF McMuffin ratings.
Best time to go to Wendy’s imho is right when lunch starts at 1030am. Everything is made fresh and you avoid the lunch rush that begins closer to noon.
Had high hopes for this new burger from Canadian Dave. It was good but very salty (and I'm a salt monster). Probably won't have again. Interested to try the grilled onions on a baconator though.

Had a single and creamsicle myself. I picked up a bottle of "secret sauce" that's like a copy of In-n-Out. They also make a Mac sauce copy, and a couple other ones.
Just had my final Wendy's $2 Double of the season. RIP
At least I've got 3 weeks of free Arby's sandwiches to fill the void.
