OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.
In
New Federal chicken in red rock. Chicken Caesar sandwich. Chicken had a dry lemon pepper seasoning. Was seriously A++. 12.50
I'd say it should come with a donut for that price but the donut reviews seem like not getting one was the right call. Hope you had some comp or run good at that price point.
I was going for the $2 double today and the ginger bitch removed the offer. I really wanted an orange frosty too.

Really depends on whether you're comparing current offers against the $2 Double or against (literally) anything else.
The Double lists for $7 here. So a $2 double is what, 70+% off? That's a six sigma black swan event. You're right, it isn't going to happen soon.
But otherwise, the current offers are very solid. I plan to abuse Rick's 50 cent breakfast sandwich app deal for the next two weeks. Arby's free sandwich is a thing. Plenty of BOGOs out there. The selection is better than it has been in a while imo, it was looking pretty bleak prior to the redhead's march to madness.
Speaking of bad value, I hit the bell and got another cantina item. Very tasty, specially with the green salsa, but the value is piss poor. The value menu items I've gotten have also been pretty lousy (RIP chipotle ranch grilled chicken two dolla burrito) other than the loaded beef nachos. Probably not going back any time soon.
I could be jealous of the Wendy's value y'all have been reaping but I choose to celebrate you instead
Tomorrow I'll be venturing into the suburbs. Arby's has been heavily advertising the free sandwich.month.

u guys have mentioned already but I want to pile on - the current TB combos are horrendous value-wise. Possibly the worst I can ever remember. I hope this is not a trend for them. The only thing I get there anymore are the chicken enchilada burritos which are still awesome for the price.
also Del Taco got rid of their $1 survey coupons (take a survey, get $1 off of your next order). the decline of FF value continues...

Arby's free sandwich deal w purchase is solid. I ordered the most expensive sandwich they have and then the cheapest thing I could find on the menu (a kids apple juice juice box for $1.29.)
The apple juice is disgusting fwiw.

Not sure I'd say I miss it as Arby's is not as convenient to me as it used to be, but it was a very nice change of pace when I was frequenting the place.

Qdoba near my house closed for remodeling. Not that I go there much, but I'm having trouble imagining how remodeling makes Qdoba a better experience.

this has been happening with the taco bells here recently. I guess they want to keep them "modern" looking. other than that I have no idea - they don't seem any better or worse post remodel.
