You have to be more careful with your words. Israel did not bomb Iran. They bombed Iranians in Syria. Yes it's a major difference.

It's a war in an extremely dense region. The leaders of the Gazan people care less about them than the Israelis. Israel could take it more easy on them but that would just invite more attacks. Israel absolutely bombed Iran when they bombed the embassy. by international law, that embassy was Iranian territory.

It is not legal to bomb embassies, once again I'm not going to defend arguments just because you assign them to me. It's also different to bomb an Iranian embassy in Syria than it is to bomb Iran.
Sure but the attack on millions of lives and property is crossing the line. They wanna take out Hamas on the ground, go for it. Invade Lebanon, go for it. Bomb Iranian military installations, fine.
But targeting civilians to send a message is terrorism.

This is a pro Hamas source but the basic facts are true. Hamas and company were able to coordinate an ambush the day before Israel pulled out of Khan Younis. This is after the place had been completely flattened. If Israel fought "fair" and tried to do a ground offensive without significantly softening the place up with air power it probably doesn't end well for them. Maybe Hamas before 10/7 didn't think Israel would go THIS hard on the bombing and the ground fighting could have gone differently.

Hamas isn't a bunch of kids throwing stones. They have battlefield experience in Syria and there would be a lot of Israeli casualties if they tried to clear those cities street to street.
