Trooper97 vlogs, discussions etc. will be allowed to continue in the new thread. That thread will not be unchained and I will work with the other LVL mods to keep it civil.
I personally am not going to allow a lot of the horrible posting that went on in the original thread to take place and I will be very generous with post deletions and bans if needed.
Posts the are overly derogatory, mean spirited, name calling (including using rude derivatives of names) , and demeaning posts towards any of the vloggers or posters in the thread will be deleted at the mods discretion. If any accounts persistently do this they will be banned or exiled from posting in this thread. In these cases we may issue a warning first.
Accounts that are used only to or substantially to troll post in this thread will be banned.
No personal family information or situations allowed in the thread.

OK Vlogger Thread, we are going with some new parameters to try to make this the POSITIVE vlogger thread that it is supposed to be, not the AIDS vlogger thread where a few loonies ruin it for the rest. Note that 'positive' does not equal 'only positive', it means anything negative being said CAN'T be namecalling or wild, unsubstantiated speculation regarding any and all vloggers. Personal lives and anything aside from poker is OFF THE TABLE.

Don't need to, eh? I guess he's lucky he has other income streams now since he admitted he didn't win enough from poker to cover all his expenses last year. Just have to lower expenses even more this year so ya, he doesn't need to play higher or earn more from poker. Lol.

Technically Rice doesn't need any income from poker at all. He is happy to be a homeless bum as long as he gets his 4 free voucher drinks per day and he can pay for his food with points he earned folding all day.
And his profit from the various room promotions should be enough to cover his room expenses as long as he can avoid the deadly resort fees.

Like most people, Rice will adjust his lifestyle to suit his income level (even to homeless bum levels if required), Unlike most people he doesn't aspire to improve that in anyway (because he's too wrapped up in his poker player fantasy and isn't good enough to move up)

That's why I find his "cheap skate challenges" so hilarious. It's not a challenge when it's done out of necessity to survive and keep his expenses low and match his current win rate.

the challenges are just an excuse to do something he's going to do or wants to do anyway. "challenge- spend less than 10 dollars on food this week and eat off of comps for the rest" sounds better to him at least than "i'm broke I only have 10 dollars for food this week."
"That's right I did it (smug look) I only spent $9.87 on food this week" lets him phrase it as an accomplishment rather than the life fail that it is.
His challenges never have any consequences if he falls short making the "challenge" aspect of it pointless.
I suggested he do a challenge of requiring he pay $50+ for one meal each week which would force him to actually play better poker and generate more profit.

Diesel brags about not studying, he doesn’t want to be a bigger winner because that’s too much work for him. He would rather call people miserable than play better.
We already saw when diesel had “money” at the start of the vlog, he didn’t live that much differently but ate out a lot more.
What we are seeing now is a man on the edge, fighting every day for his survival aka hiding out in a grimy Airbnb, cooking awful meatloaf, and watching endless TV.

I haven't posted here in over six months and decided to skip around and peruse a few pages to see what has been happening here since then, but as I went through page after page, it was all basically the same thing over and over again. Only some of the names have changed, lol. You guys are hilarious. Do you actually type out the same posts day after day, or do you have them saved and just C&P the same sht over and over? No matter what page I landed on as I skipped around to get somewhat current, I came across the same posters with the same "thoughts" about the same poker players (and now apparently, candy makers).
And some of you aren't content to just watch and comment on these 2-3 youtubers, you also read and post to their comment sections, follow them on twitter and IG, research their GFs and families, and even research and report on cottage industry laws. Wow. And then these same people have the audacity to question the psychological profiles of the youtubers they are posting about. LOL.
Well, enjoy your pastimes, guys. Maybe I'll check in in another six months or so to see if you have discovered anything new to write about in the interim.
