Lettuce NBA!
and lettuce lol @ James Harden
silver handing porter a lifetime ban seems really dumb and short-sighted. i mean he's likely finished regardless of what you do, but now you're in a spot when you might have to throw away an actual useful player when this inevitably happens again, or get heavily involved in the cover-up business. have fun

How else are you supposed to punish someone who bet against his own team? Tell them they're not allowed to bet on NBA games for the rest of the season?
Feel for the guy. Harsh penalty
Funny enough, he lost on the parlay that included a Raptors loss. Apparently had a 40% ROI on that account anyway, lol sample size though.
lmao. you absolutely hate to see it.
probably the single best player that could have gotten caught doing this. silver doing backflips as this prob buys him the rest of his tenure without a gambling scandal. (feel for the dude tho obv)
Would you want to play on a team with someone you know bet on their own team losing?
Betting on your own team is obviously bad in general but at least bet on them to win. As a teammate that part is significantly worse than leaking information about you not playing much or even faking injury to get out of the game early.
oh ****, guy on the tanking team trying to lose who lost 15 games in a row bet on his team to lose? kill him
Story played out as ABC as possible.

It's not surprising that you continue to have terrible takes on matters related to sports gambling, but "actual useful players" that have been involved in match-fixing are pretty much worthless from the league's perspective and deterrence is a thing - going soft here makes it more likely that other players will think it's acceptable to gamble on NBA games.
It seems like you don't understand that most players individually have negligible valuable from the league's perspective. They are valuable to individual teams because good players can help you win, but most of this is zero-sum. Players that are disproportionately popular can have additional value to the league despite this, but that's extremely unlikely to be the case for players that have been found guilty of match-fixing.
a lot of words to say HURRRRRRRRRR DURRRRRRRRRR
sad!
I'd slap the **** outta Draymond.
lol Nick Batum is Steph Curry now??? 5 threes!
Batum carrying the Sixers out there. This is out an outstanding game 7(/8)
batum is to steph as herro is to klay, uh2ci
that was nearly an epic fail
now trae with a chance to move to 4-0 in play-in games, he the goat of this
Those Sixers are *not* beating the Knicks. Embiid is clearly not 100%, Batum is not going to play like that with any tangible consistency. Knicks have TWO starting caliber centers in Hartenstein/Mitch. Brunson is the real MVP.
Series price for NYK:
FD -108
DK +105
CZR +100
Congrats on making the 2nd round Knicks! So lucky you don’t have to face playoff Jimmy until the conf finals.
Coby White is pretty good, likely Most Improved iyam. Bulls are scrappy like I said and they will beat Miami too --> they don't have enough offense.
Bulls will also be LIVE to ELIMINATE them EASTERN PAPER CHAMPIONS, the Boston Celtics.
