I dont think this is fair. Generally I think Micro's philosophy is the ethically and strategically best choice for Israel is to treat the Palestinians fairly and more or less play defense against Palestinian militants, Iran and its proxies. He believes Israel has the technology to make this a viable strategy without too many casualties, and if it followed this strategy Islamofasicsm will eventually run out of steam on its own. But the more Israel responds, and even goes on the attack, the more it is just going to energize the other side and keep the fighting going indefinitely.
I dont even necessarily disagree with this strategy from a theoretical framework. I just dont think it is reasonable to expect Israel to follow such a philosophy. That just isn't now human societies work.

the state simply cant exist ideologically without oppressing and genociding the natives. its too much of their reason for existence.
