My biggest dislike is that it seems to be a MASSIVE hit in rakeback if you were Champion's Club. I really hope I'm wrong.

100%. I paid over 10k in rake last year to be champions club and it was suppose to last all year, now they just screwed me. But I think the no 9 max cash games is what is going to kill the cash side. 9 handed is the foundation of a cash eco system. It's the reason things sucked in vegas after covid when it was only 6 handed allowed, Pros want to play against recreactionals and recs want to play 9 handed. Recs are already scared of online poker enough as it is, if they see the are forced to play 6max too they are 90% of the time just not going to deposit unless its for MTTs

Anyone else get stuck on the verification phase while registering? I uploaded my documents 48 hours ago and they're still pending.

WSOP is / was the softest site in Michigan because it is HUDless. Many MI regs wouldn’t play there just because of that alone. Michigan Fish / Whales will still prefer WSOP over their other options. Mostly because many rec players consider HUDs to be cheating.

BetMGM / Stars MINJ have 9max tables and there are far fewer running (if any) and almost never full from my experience.

The site is completely down right now. It's stuck on the geo locating window on both PC and mobile. I previously had no issues with geolocation

I am getting zero sound from the new software. I have "Play sound effects > All" checked in my settings and my computer volume is working fine with everything else. Anyone else have this issue?

Yep, same here, had to end task to get it to close.

I thought it was just me. I have previously had no issue. I was getting the geolocating spinning wheel. Now, it says they've sent me a token but that has yet to come.

when trying to sign up for priority withdraw...I click the big red "verify" button in the email they sent me, which takes me to a log-in page, which I can't get to work(I put in the correct username/password and hit log-in but then it just refreshes the page). Any idea what to do?

Safe to assume that no one is playing right now? Will tournaments be refunded? This is such a mess.

Yeah, I'm stuck there. Tried to pre-register. Couldn't load the screen to upload documents. Next moring I could and now I'm just stuck waiting.

So is it correct to say WSOP is completely shut down and has gone completely silent and unresponsive to attempts to contact support?

This seems like beyond a failed rollout and at this point it's a legal issue.

Its so fustrating.. i cant tell if they were thinking about the players who make a living off of poker or if they were thing about the fishÂ…. Actually i believe it was the latter.. who cares about mystery bounties? ThatÂ’s whats hot in poker now? Give me a break.. this revamp and the sudden roll out is hot garbage.. i donÂ’t understand how they messed it up this badÂ… the only thing i really appreciate is the ability to play multiple tables on the phoneÂ… the rabbit hunting, the MBs, the avatars, the animations, the new pricing and payouts of tournaments, the lack of full ring cash gamesÂ… BRUH!!!! Somebody need to be fired for this.. this is terrible business.. cant get thru to customer service.. canÂ’t play because of the bugsÂ… canÂ’t stand this wsop online change over!!!

I can't even force quit WSOP on computer. I have to shut my computer off to get it to go away. And there are no social media posts that they are aware of it and addressing it...crickets. embarrassing to say the least....

People definitely need to be fired over this failed roll out. So embarrassing. Knowing Caesars, they were probably trying to save money on hiring anyone competent in the software field.

Just had to register to post.

Cashed out 4k Tuesday morning…without thinking about saw Rio and was like hell yea I don’t want to go on the strip.

Realized my mistake…that should not have even been an option…hour and a half on hold phone with customer service this morning.

Customer service rep insisted that Rio does cash outs and she processed it through to them.

Course Rio is no we don’t do that.

Ever since I spoke to customer service I am unable to log on. Wants to send me a Token, either text or email.

Token is never delivered by either method.

seems to be working now...

I just logged in no problem on PC. Literally one other person playing me HU.
