Since WSOP locked their thread, why can't we have our own?

The site has explicit rules banning HUDs, everyone else is following those rules, and you've decided to take an unfair advantage over the competition and blatantly break the rules for your benefit. You're cheating scum.
Can’t you guys go into a private chat where can go back and forth about cheating? Most of us want to get information/updates about the new WSOP Online site and share experiences/advice amongst each other.
I really wish the cursor automatically started in the bet size box like the old software, you could enter a bet with just the keyboard when a table popped up.

I’m clicking around so much, I don’t even know where the cursor starts haha. I’ll be sure to test multiple tables today with the new software update. I’m very curious how the rest of you fare with lags/crashes. Please keep the thread up to date.
Have they fixed geolocation/public wifi issues? Everytime Ive come to Vegas and try to get on WSOP.com from my hotel wifi I got a log in error saying someone else is already logging from that IP address.
My workaround was to log in using my phone's data service, and then turn wifi on my phone back on. Instead of logging you out it just does a quick reconnect and there are no more issues until I have to log back in again.

As far as I know, all geolocation issues have been addressed with this new software. The first day/evening it was released, there were a lot of NV users complaining about geolocation issues, but that has since been resolved.

Not all geolocation issues have been resolved. I’ve been fighting with it for a while now, and I cannot play for more than 1 hour at the time before it kicks me out saying it can’t verify my location. I have tried absolutely everything, with no success. Support has been absolutely worthless, telling me I have to play on a different network or location, I have done both, and the same issues still happen. I wonder if some people who have trouble logging in are actually having location issues. When it says “account restricted”, it is a geolocation issue for me. Same when it crashes. I am now in contact with geocomply, and they have no record of my IP at all which is bizarre, since it’s been the same for many months, and I’ve never had an issue before.

Yours sounds like an issue you’ve been dealing with for quite some time. I’m referring about widespread geolocation issues pertaining to the new software and if those have been fixed. Which they have for users in NV. Look at the feedback from users day 1 of launch and now. Night and day.
Sometimes clicking in the box highlights the number, sometimes the cursor goes to the left or right which is just a really annoying Quality of life thing

I understand what you’re saying, my issues started right before the new software launch. However, I’m wondering if other issues people are having (not being able to log in or software crashing) is actually a geolocation issue. Because my software sometimes crashes, but I figured out it’s because of geolocation. But it’s not obvious sometimes

This thread has been going on since 2015, well before any software update and addressing all kinds of subjects WSOP related. If you want to only talk about the software update then try starting a new thread.
Before the launch, I did a withdrawal which they canceled 7 days later, and then took 4 days to credit to the new account.
1:15 hold this morning to get support. The poor lady who helped me literally couldn't answer simple questions without putting me on hold for ~10m for each question!
After 2:15 they claim I will have my funds in 48 hours but I am not holding my breath.

Agree. Let's move on from people cheating blatantly cheating us (and being proud about it!) and get back to the really important stuff like how long someone was on hold with support or what color the fonts are.

Ok, keep going back and forth with someone over and over about what is cheating and what isn’t. Have fun. It’s an issue where you can say one thing and be done with it. And I can say the same to you about starting a cheating thread.

The length of time being on hold with support and the change of font color is much more useful information than two people arguing like children (using insults) over what is cheating and what isn’t in an endless back and forth.

Oh, totally. Cosmetic changes to the site are absolutely more important than outing cheaters. Couldn't agree more.
Anyone having issues with withdraws? I went to withdraw recently and asked me to upload bank information. So I obliged and it’s been crickets. I’m reading horror stores on twitter from people not being able to get through on the phones. I finally called today, I hung up after 2 hours. Tried the live chat, timed out after about 45 mins. People saying they can’t get money out at the cage either. Has anyone had any success with uploading documentation and getting a withdrawal? Thanks!
I withdrew a week a go, jumped through their hoops, and got an email today saying they've approved the withdrawal and it should be in my account in a day or two. So we shall see.

I withdrew last week via ACH. They asked to verify with bank statement, they approved it after 48 hours. Withdrawal went through and hit account a few days later. I withdrew a second time, same method, and they asked me to verify my drivers license now (currently pending). I already did both on old software but be prepared you’re going to likely have to do both verifications again.
Changing the stack color is nice, but if not in a hand the names are still unreadable.
How hard is it to make the color like a bright yellow/white when not in hand?

anyone else notice the check/fold button doesn't really work? I'll click it when I know I'm going to fold but then when it's my turn to act, it still makes me click fold again or it will time me out.
also, the mobile app has a small but potentially dangerous bug...there's a FOLD button that if you happen to be clicking on it when your time to act comes up, will change to CALL or RAISE, and you will inadvertently call when you wanted to fold.
Another feature of the new update is it now shows you how much time bank you have on Tournaments right away when it's your turn.
Possibly on cash also, haven't checked.

I also noticed that if you check the "call" pre-action option it is actually "call any" in practice. If you click call while the bet you'd be facing is 2BB and someone jams 100BB, you still auto-call.

BetMGM’s software is even more clunky and choppy. Have fun with that dumpster fire.
