OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.

There is a CFA a couple blocks away from one of the local schools. And CFA gives out free chicken sandwiches if the Angels score 7 runs. You needed to activate the promo deal in the app before 10:30am the next morning. Well during home room on that day, hundreds kids would talk and open the CFA app and load the deal on their phone. After school got out, the CFA would be swarmed with students with free sandwich deals.
That went on for a little bit until CFA learned and shortened the activation time from 10:30am to earlier at midnight.
Why does CFA hate schoolchildren?
Is CFA closing on Sundays simply hypocrisy?
CFA pretends to care, but they don't.

Hey hey hey!!! There is no room for CFA hate in this thread. I've eaten 100's of their chicken sandwiches and haven't paid for one in over 4 years.

MCD app is full of deals. Going to go for a bogo double cheeze/6 pack nugs, and gonna blow out my points balance with a 3k medium fry. I think you can do a deal + point redeem in the same purchase.
I'd be very surprised if my MCD doesn't do the $5 bag deal later this month. They are printing money with the fools paying full price!
I also have to give props to chipotle; ordered a chicken burrito last night around 10pm, the thing was massive. Dude was having problems wrapping it.
Just measured the leftover half, around 3" diameter. Nice.
edit: just weighed it; 14.6oz, just short of a pound; the whole thing was probably around 28oz. not bad for $9.60

I haven’t been able to use points and redeem an app offer at same time.

I'm more interested in hearing the story of how he got around the ban. The King does not look fondly upon those poaching deer on his lands.
BK blacklisted my credit cards in the app (Using them in the store was fine). All purchases got rejected. So I would buy a gift card and load it in the app. Which then worked fine.
I'm guessing they got blacklisted because my whole family used the same card in their apps while using promo deals.

Wow! So they blacklisted your cards in the app (but not in the store) and not your accounts?
It's too bad the King doesn't have a string of casinos.
