The 2024 WSOP will take place at Horseshoe Las Vegas and Paris Las Vegas from May 28 to July 17, 2024, with the Main Event running from July 3 to July 17. The Main Event – poker’s undisputed freezeout world championship – will have four starting days, beginning on Wednesday, July 3. Players may also register directly on Day 2.
Martin Kabrhel also sitting on a healthy stack, at least by this event's standpoint (37x). Fearless prediction: he makes tomorrow's PokerGo-streamed table, NVG loses its collective mind.

I wonder if it is something he cant really control without meds or if he is just an evil genius (he is 4th in chips going into today's final day)

That’s not an indication of being on the spectrum. I’d be more inclined to lean toward ADHD, if anything. I actually just suspect he’s a chatty guy and uses it to his advantage as speech play.

just turn on the RFID system and let it run with an overhead cam until the full staff is ready to go

I don't mind paying for Pokergo, and have been an annual subscriber for years, but not showing all of this FT is criminal.
Agreed. If this was free on Youtube it would be different, but no coverage of a tournament that 95% of the people who are willing to pay to watch poker, want to see, is criminal
Triton does everything so much better. Even little things like the players left out of total entries is just that little extra step that makes the experience full, and they don’t even charge. Paul and Richard are legends. They must be losing $1-3m per year on the production costs alone

He was being backed by Saniker (on FT, RaulGonzalez on Stars, no idea his real name but he’s German) for a few years. Not sure recently, but I would imagine he needs one the way his bankroll management was/is. Hope he’s doing ok tho, but it’s good news to see him playing a high roller NL event. I’m super curious to see his style versus the Triton regs he’s sitting with

Definitely will be tuning in to watch. I wonder if he change his style to a more technical/GTO. He was 1 of the best intuitive feel HS player in recent memory since Ivey.
If he switch to a hybrid system of feel/technical style would be fun to watch specially in cash game environment.

Combining feel for the game and technicalGTO knowledge sounds like a lot of work. I think most poker players just stick to one or the other.😀

Regardless, I wish him the best of luck and ship this tournament. Would be nice to see him on some US stream like HCL giving ppls a run for their money.

That's good news. Just busted out of the 35k Gurble. Middle position sitting on a stack of 200 gurbles, villain is a mid-sized American with only 4 gurbles in front of him. Flop goes check check. On the turn I sneeze. The floor is called, and I am out as per the rules (no sneezing). Ah well, I'll be back next year, and next year, I'm going for all the gurbles (and some of the looms <3)

dinner breaks have been a part of the WSOP for decades
There is simply no reason other than incompetence that they rarely start on time
The other night was THREE hours delayed from their original "start time"
pretty sure the dinner break had nothing to do with this
If they can show a random table of the main at 2PM CST surely they can avoid these constant delays of start times
They are just wildly incompetent
Heck record the 90 minutes before the dinner break then start coverage one hour into the dinner break and you're never gonna be delaying for hours like they so often do.
