as an american u should root for the dutch because their fans do cool stuff that american sports fans wish they would/could.

holland played a friendly vs china in beijing, my dutch friend just bought like 100 tickets for all his buddies flying in for the game and i joined them
was incredibly fun, the entire worker's stadium was a sea of orange, afterwards drinking out in the bars nearby was an absolute blast
