so I know DriveHUD doesn't work on GGPoker (and that's fine)... but I am trying to get an answer about if I am able to have it open while I am playing on Ignition/ACR at the same time as GG? I was directed to this on Reddit, but it SOUNDS like the same thing Ignition/ACR/etc. say, but I want to be sure before I do it...

Good question, and I'm honestly not sure right now. These sites often change how aggressive they are about these things. Did you try and contact them directly and ask if it's an issue that you have poker software open while playing? I don't think it will be an issue, but I don't want to say that for sure unless I know 100%.

I did get this from customer service:

"The short answer is HUDs are not permitted on Natural8. However, if you have Hold'em Manager (HM) and Poker Tracker (PT) running in the background as you're playing on another platform, it will not affect your account on Natural8. Reason being, these two HUDS are not compatible with Natural8."

since DriveHUD doesn't work with Natural8/GGPoker either, I would assume it's fine to have it open

Yes, that would be my assumption as well. Just tag and keep the e-mail, and you should be OK.

Hey can I import Coinpoker hh's? I don't need the hidden, just hand analysis.

Took a break. Came back and downloaded the latest version. HUD is working fine, but hands aren't being imported.

Ok the hands would show up after I either Refreshed the Report or switched tabs and then went back to Dashboard.

We're in the process of adding full support for that site including manual HH import. So it will be available in an upcoming update.

Ok, so you're good? There's no auto refresh in the dashboard, just in the live play report.

Well I used to just be able to double click on the Dashboard button and it would refresh.

How long until update? I only ask as I'm interested in you over ptr4, but I gotta make a decision.

I've tried the reset password link several times and never receive the email. I've also tried to contact support regarding this issue multiple times and never get a response. Does anyone know what other steps I can take to try and regain access to my account. My software is running totally fine, I just can't log into the DriveHud2 website

If you send a message though the headset icon in DH2, you will get an automated response within a couple of hours (and a real response withing 24 hours). Check your junk or spam folder if you are not getting the responses.

I'll ask the dev team if they changed something here. You can also right click and select refresh, but I'm not sure if that updates all dashboard info. I'll ask about this though.

I can't provide an ETA. All I can say is it's in active development, so I'd assume not very long. Go w/ DH2 any ways... you'll enjoy all the newer features. 😀

If you didn't create an account at checkout, you have a guest account, which means you won't be able to login. It's easy to rectify, just click on login at the top of the site, and create a new account w/ your purchase email. It will locate any of your orders and add them to your account. If you emailed support, every email is answered. The system doesn't allow a non-response. Check your junk/spam folder. If it's not there, you didn't email support, you may have emailed a non-response email address. Double check your junk/spam folder. Starting a couple of weeks ago, gmail is flagging some of our email, and we're in the process of addressing that.

The answer is in the quote. If you receive a warning - don't use it. I received a similar warning when I opened Flopzilla Pro while playing on ACR. I closed Flopzilla and continued playing with no problems.
