yea just a few minutes ago they were saying the lock of the century is that i wont answer the questions. before that one of these guys in here refused to make a wager with me that i could produce a note from a licensed therapist and started calling me a scammer. you're all so certain. no such thing as a lock. i am innocent. i know what i did and what i didnt do. and i came to this forum looking to get treated fairly. all of you are so sure but there is just no way you can know. its willful ignorance.

edit: also i keep repeating that im here to get my thread unlocked, and asking that its bumped and that post supporting me be restored. they keep saying these things about me, it's the wrong place for it, and naturally i want to defend myself.

So you didn’t stalk her . What are those endless texts you sent her ? And don’t say you didn’t send them cause they were posted in your thread . Address the texts and unsolicited dick pic and maybe someone will unlock your thread . But continuing to lie and not post any proof just proves your guilt .

niko, there's literally nothing stopping you from creating a new thread where you can post all your withheld evidence, instead you choose to focus on random red herrings like whether or not you intended to scam me

go prove the trolls wrong, post your exonerating evidence in a new thread and from there your unbiased 3rd parties can review it

Niko, I find a lot of the things you have written to be deeply concerning. Before delving into the particulars of what made you decide to , at the very least, commit “stalkerish” behaivor online my biggest concern is that you are violent. Many times these kinds of “arguments” end in violence and for no reason, so perhaps you could speak to the content of your character. Are you a violent man?

nowhere near a violent man although im not sure what asking accomplishes. if my word counts for anything im about as diplomatic and forgiving as they come too much so for my own good. im just standing up for myself in a situation that has clearly impinged on resources necessary for my survival (and by association my family's as im the eldest male outside of my elderly father). as ive stated in my initial thread men who go through this routinely end up a certain way and its because they are being cut off from resources necessary to their survival. im the same person ive always been. leading up to a particular day i was treated like a human being, and since that day i have not been. thats my own account and observation.

I doubt very much this situation impacts your survival. Why would it? From my vantage point and understanding, you are facing no serious repurcussions except for a distance order from melissa. So I do not understand why you think this event hurts your survivability. Just stay away from her and move forward imo.

He can also make money in other ways than playing poker to support himself, which I have doubts he is a profitable player anyway. Such a bad liar must make lots of terrible bluffs.

oh yea i dont think you have any idea what a smear campaign does to a person but lets see :

-i got banned from a private game i was in
-i got booted from being allowed to talk on poker spaces
-i got largely blackballed from the greater social community
-i got banned from wynn
-i was told by horseshoe i wasnt going to be banned, then a whole year later banned from all caesars properties
-the thread which presents me to her 20k followers as a schizophrenic, has been viewed over 100k times
-i have had symptoms of PTSD which have greatly affected my focus and ability to play at various points throughout the past year
-i have had a debt welched on and blocked by a person who would never do such a thing
-i have lost friends
-i cannot play cash anywhere in las vegas based on the TPO. it doesnt just restrict contact but i cannot be anywhere near her. if you see what she said on the report, which is a complete fabrication, you will understand why i cannot be anywhere she might be

this was done at around the exact time i started a really good and high ceiling stake. i could not play for almost two months straight logged around 50 hours total. so instead of building my bankroll i fell into debt to my backer around 5k. when your EV is 3k a month and expenses are 2k, guess what a 5k hit does buddy. i became a liability to him and eventually cost me the stake right after i climbed out of the debt.

ive been grinding tourneys up to 10k's for years as well, i was always able to easily sell action and i take lots of shots. everybody knows it can be any summer, any time. the main event that i missed this year alone was worth $2-$3k in EV. that is a lot of money for somebody who is in my financial situation. also cost me a couple of thousand in lawyers. all of these things snowball out of control for the average person. yea if i was rich it would not be so big of a deal for me. but you must be kidding to say its not impacted me. community is necessary to survival. no i am not going to join a softball league. getting silent treatment from everybody youve ever worked around for a year on end guess what buddy that is cruel and a form of torture. that isnt an opinion its a fact. and guess what else? i am INNOCENT.

i have been playing full time for almost 8 years. i never study, and when i played on east coast i was the one guy at 2/5 nobody wanted to play short handed or heads up with. i have worked at this game almost half of my whole life, of course i can make money in other ways, i dont want to. i have not lied i dont think even once.

If you are that good you wouldn’t need to be staked and you could move to another state where you aren’t banned and play .

Come back to the east coast and you can play me heads up . Solution to your problem .

That is the evidence that is well, quite damning, to your case. You can NOT be innocent if those messages were from you.

Niko, those things dont actually sound like a big deal to me. You havent even done any time. Let me tell you a secret. All people with serious problems, it ends up badly- usually jail or death or the psych ward. I am telling you this because A. I know all too well and B because that is how poorly you are being perceived both here and on x. But those consequences you listed are nothing. just move on. If you have no one to help support you just skip town. You must understand, and I have been friends with many popular women, that this wasnt personal. Many women write to a number of different guys per week about how they are not interested and its tiresome and their main concern is to be non offensive. What you did whether purposefully or accidentally is go beyond that boundry. Any Woman would be scared. lol @ losing community theres lots and lots of communities.
