I’d like to report I had a lovely day flying American Airlines today. To their credit, they managed to get me on another flight after mine was cancelled. Although via Chicago from Phoenix to Portland.
And then stand for just under two hours at the Avis counter because they have to manually assign a car because they are still broken. Oh, and now at the Hilton feeling guilty about going out for a walk in the beautiful Salem evening because the god damned key won’t open my door. The poor desk clerk looks like she is about to faint because she has to escort every guest to their room to open the door.
