Excellent.
We currently have three doodles (1 ours, 2 vacationing stepdaughter's) running around the new back yard dog run area I finally completed yesterday.

I will be losing my cocker in the divorce. He is clearly my wife’s dog as she works from home with him most of the day.
Will keep the cat, who I also love and who hates my wife.
Surprisingly ok with it right now and will see him a lot anyway no doubt.
had two very long term relationships
both times i lost the pets in the breakup (made more logistic sense)
i periodically think about them, especially the cats, but was kind of surprised how quickly i moved on from that
Mrs turtle has been looking into fostering lately. She has had several people reach out. I think Phoebe would like another friend. Though, since Donnie's passing, she's settling into being the center of attention just fine.

We adopted a 3rd dog (2nd Bernedoodle) early in the summer. She was not well cared for (no grooming in 18 months, no vet treatment in over 2 years, not spayed, underfed, etc). I said give her to us and we will get all those things done while you find a home for her. Was supposed to be a foster and that concept lasted roughly 48 hours when I realized there was zero shot I was letting anyone else treat her poorly again.
Absolute angel
This one's name? Phoebe though I call herBridgers

About a month ago I wrote something on another site. Paraphrasing
Nugese is (was) the fastest American. He ceiling was silver but the likely outcome was 3-5. He doesn’t have a kick as devastating as Kerr and hasn’t shown he could beat Kerr or Jakob. He clearly is talented but I don’t think he has the same level of self belief that he deserves to win.
Hocker is an enigma and my view was he could miss the finals completely or win gold because he has the best kick in the field. I thought he had a pu
Cole’s ponytail gave him the edge he needed imo
I just saw Rooks in the 3000 steeplechase—crazy finish (one of the worst falls I’ve ever seen near the end), and whatta Olympics for US middle distance runners
Have they announced how the faller has recovered?
I saw photos of him conscious in a hospital bed, so looks like he’ll be ok but I don’t know any other details
too early to tell. the mediation process is in 3 stages and will take a few months to play out. we need to work through net financial position first then we get into % allocation and then maintenance. Whole process is a delight!
do you do divorces?
No that's JM3. But I represent a widow whose idiot pre-ex-husband crashed his motorcycle on the way to Vegas. The Family Court is happy to boot them off the docket, legally they died happily married. So I have their 800+ page family court file 'on my desk.' So far I have learned they loved to file joint motions for a continuance.
Best of luck, I know the process is a grinder on any hemisphere.

thanks and oof....sounds like you'll need to sell a lot of hours to advise her properly?
That was a really scary fall by Girma. The accounts I read were that he wasn’t moving after the fall when they carried him off. Glad to hear he should be ok.

Phoebe goes by many nicknames, some more verbose than others:
Pheebs
Phoebaroo
Phoebarella
Phoebaroni
Phee to the B
Pretty Princess Phoebe
P-cubed
My poor dog's nicknames are Shithead and Dummy, both short for Lucy.
brother's cat is the most annoying
name is abacus
that became abs
then crabs/crabacus
then cozy bear which became shortened to coseen
for years i thought her name was coseen who they occasionally called crab because she is a very skittish cat that didn't like strangers and will usually get up and leave any room i walk into
only much later when i asked for clarification - is her actually name coseen or crab did i learn it's abacus, a name i barely recall ever hearing her get called
Rick - did you hammer Jakob for the 5k?

am i getting older and losing perspective/lowering standards
or are female athletes significantly better looking today than they were 20+ years ago
most events i see an objectively good looking woman who'd i'd definitely go out of way to talk to if we were at the same gathering - whereas in my yut i do not ever recall finding olympians/female athletes attractive
could just endlessly post - nearly every event has at least one very attractive woman
but then again, i do have a thing for tall toned women
but i'm wondering if i'm just becoming an old perv and they've always looked this way but my standards were different then
the lack of twerking Canadian pole vaulter in rick's post is disappointing.
