For any others wanting to know, tickets have been removed from lobby. You can email their passports team and they will sort tickets out for you for live/online events and keep a tally of your balance.

Yes, anyone who had $12,400 WPT WC Packages or WPT Passport Dollar Packages in their account (as well as $1,500 WPT Prime Passport Packages) had those placeholders removed earlier last week. There is a full record of your Passport Dollars on our internal system (unfortunately not displayed to the player, yet). Anyone with a balance can email [email]Passports@wptglobal.com[/email] to request their exact balance, and also to request to use their Passport Dollars

On August 7 2024 I placed 1st in all three daily spins leaderboards.
The amount of points I scored was significantly greater than what was scored in the previous races - instead of receiving the prizes as listed on the website (screenshots below),
I only received one $100 spins ticket and 4 $50 spins tickets (for winning the 50/100 combined leaderboard).
Below I'm also adding support's response to my asking about what happened.

Also losers are only getting 15% rakeback.
They even gonna lose some recreationals because of this. Well we already saw it, games are in huge decline already.

Over $1.2M is up for grabs, in our 3rd Sunday of our $8,000,000 GTD Summer Festival. The majority of that is from the $1,060 WPT Prime Day 2 ($750,000 GTD), which there are 3 flights to today. There are multiple feeders (and feeders to those) for pretty much every tournament, and the main ones are shown below. The first flight for our $3,500 WPT Championship ($1,000,000 GTD) starts much later this afternoon and we also have the Day 1 of the $530 SuperStack ($75,000 GTD) today, where the top 16 get into tomorrow's Day 2

Most of his answers were just PR stuff anyway, about their "revolutionary and groundbreaking" AI. Now he has no answers when they fu*ked they most active and loyal customers and continue with more and more stupid changes like rakeback for table starters.
It is a story as old as time. They got greedy and some "finance" guy got brilliant idea to not give back part of revenue to most active players. Soon there will be no revenue at all, so finance guy instead of big fat christmas bonus receives a notice.
Is a new promotion planned for PLO? Or have you permanently removed the leaderboard?

yo killing of the ploleaderboard is a horrible idea with the high rake honestly very disappointing and will kill the small stakes games completely I think

hi peter, I realized today that I have a ticket for the 530 superstack but I think I cant register because day 2 start tomorrow, I check my email regularly and never recived any type of message about this ticket, so IDK if there is a posibility to change it or to use it in another tournament.

So whats the deal? Some regs are not marked as HSP?

not sure if, i am playing every day MTT with 10+1 buyn in and there are 30 players with 800 guarantee, or 17 players with 300 guarantee.
