Oh, well, let me clue you into a little stylistic tip there, sport: when you juxtapose two phrases like that in close proximity and either one is open to interpretation, your reader is naturally going to assume that they mean different things.

It's real enough for people with established identities but less real for someone wanting to be a pro sportsman. Plenty of time for you to retrain as something else, just as many do when made redundant or indeed many young would be sportsmen and women do when they don't make the grade (most of them).
