this was a rebuild year anyway with the ghost of kirk knocking $30m off their cap, but it's just an eternal reminder that vikings fans can never have nice things. having flashbacks to teddy's knee years ago. hope jj comes back full strength next year but he'll probably be a shell and we'll just linger in 8-8 purgatory for the rest of our miserable lives
