Any way to build a HU HUD? I'm trying to isolate certain plays from SB and BB positions with some of the stats, but I'm running into difficulties. Maybe someone else who has done this before can help me out. Is there a way to isolate stats based on position? I'm a little weary about some of my assumptions. For example, I could use RFI to discover SB's opening frequency, but I'm not sure if that stat also will count SB limping and then BB raising. I'm guessing not. That's just an example. I'm abo
While positional statistics are not listed separately in PokerTracker 4 you can set specific positions for HUD statistics via the 'Item Properties' tab at the top right of the HUD Profile Editor window. Select the stat you wish to configure and scroll down to where it says 'Position':
Also if your database isn't made up exclusively with heads up hands you can filter the HUD statistics to hands with only two players so you don't get data from multi-way play mixed in:

PokerTracker 4 moved to a recurring billing model with annual Support & Maintenance on 11th July 2022 - see this post for further information. If you would like to follow up with a member of the sales team regarding your account you can do so here.

If PokerTracker 4 is not responding when starting PokerTracker v4.18.2 please send us a log file so we can investigate and follow up with you:
1. Start PokerTracker 4 with logging enabled - see this guide (see method #2, #1 will not work unless you already have enabled logging previously).
2. Allow PokerTracker 4 to sit for a few minutes and if it remains unresponsive grab your log file and attach that to a Support Ticket.
3. To access the log file open File Explorer in Windows and enter the following in the address bar:
%localappdata%\PokerTracker 4\Logs
The file we need will be the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
You can then safely revert to the previous version of PokerTracker which can be downloaded from here until we are able to resolve the issue.

How can I view how much I have won/lost vs a specific opponent over lifetime?
After years of working fine, PT4 is no longer assigning correct seats, and also ignoring the "everyone but hero" label for huds.
I sincerely hope PT4 isn't doing an Apple and breaking 4.17.x to convince us to pay their scam subscription for 4.18.x
They've already gone back on their "lifetime memberships" so I no longer consider them a trustworthy company - they've lost the trust of consumers.

On what poker site is this? What gametype? Without further information on where you play I cannot be more specific but please check your Poker Site(s) are configured correctly with PokerTracker 4 as if there is an issue that could lead to the symptoms you've described:
If things are configured correctly then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

No changes are made to previous releases. If you decide not to renew your Annual Support & Maintenance plan you can continue using PokerTracker without restrictions with all updates released before Support & Maintenance has expired. However, you will no longer have access to updates released after the expiration of your Annual Support & Maintenance. These updates could include:
- Support for new games types introduced by poker sites.
- Poker site changes that could impact the ability for some hands to properly import.
- New tools and functionality released for PokerTracker.

There were no changes for customers that purchased PokerTracker 4 prior to the move to a recurring billing model - their license will continue to work for the lifetime of PokerTracker 4:

Is it possibly because I purchased PT4 way back in 2013 before you transitioned to the subscription model in 2022? Hence, back up not working because I lack the maintenance bundle?
I'm not running any other programs. As I result, I keep having to revert back to an older version. Any suggestions. The last few updates, I've tried to do the required backup I get the following:

The issue in your screenshot has nothing to do with support and maintenance plans.

I'm also in the camp that has trouble starting up the software after the latest update. Tried a few times and was getting a "program not responding". Eventually I realized that if I waited about a minute the software would load.

PokerTracker v4.18.2 requires a small database update which doesn't take very long for most databases. This only needs to be done once for each database (when a database is first made active). For larger databases there may be a longer delay the first time starting PokerTracker 4 after updating and for the next release a message will be included to address this.

Is there a quicker way to go through tagged hands? When I go over the month for all the tagged hands, I use the calendar and have to click on each table name to see the hands that I've tagged. Is there a way to see all the tagged hands for the month without it being so time consuming?
Edit: I just found an even faster way by going to the results tab, selecting by date and finding them that way. But is there an even better way out there. I really would like to find tagged hands very quickly. It would be nice to have them all on one page for every month or even year.

Hi, One question please. I play at Ipoker ( Champion Skin). Do u know if PT4 have problem import hands that EV Cashout is used? I read that the tracker dont importa this hands..
And what about Run It Twice? Is with error too or is imported fine ( both Net winning and ev win). Thanks

Run It Twice is supported on iPoker however cashout hands are not currently possible to support accurately due to the lack of rake in iPoker hands. I understand that they are adding rake to their hand histories and when that rolls out we will update PokerTracker 4 to support these hands. If you wish to be notified when that is available please open a Support Ticket about the issue.

In the " View Today hand " section i have that i played 1153 hands today of cash games ( with 4 import errors ) but in my reports or in the graph show that i play 1089 ... This is for all the EV Cashout hands that PT4 "see" in the " View today hands" but not import properly ? I am a bit confused

Pokerstars is lagging terribly when I start importing hands on PT4. The moment I stop importing, it runs fine. I don't have this problem while I play on Winamax.
