I'm still waiting on a reply from WPN support. It's been about 9 hours so far so might still be early.

Has anyone received any communication so far? I'm still waiting for a reply from WPN customer service.

Check my post like 2 months ago, you will not get an answer, and you will not get your account back by e-mailing support. I have already sent them dozens of mails and complaints, documents and everything. We have to get something done maybe a discord Group or sth. I played 400-2k nl 60k hands -26k USD. Also banned, regfesting stars everyday 0 problems. 100% players that played me will say I am not cheating colluding or a bot.

My account got frozen, had to re-send in documents/verification.

I am now able to successfully log into the ACR client. However, my account appears to have restricted access (no access to games, deposit and withdrawals appear to be restricted). I have not received any communication whatsoever from WPN so far. I've reached out to them again. I'll keep the folks here posted.

EDIT : Just thought about it, maybe you guys should try to see if you have something in common? Like a deposit method or something? Could one of them charged back WPN and they just close your account or smth?

I just got response. Faster than I expected. Long story short in my case they think I'm a bot.

After that you will be permabanned, they did same thing to me. Probs they want to have your pasport so they can keep you away from the games.

I emailed WPN again last night and they keep insisting on waiting for Frank R to reply. They at least confirmed that they have my emails to him. I have received zero communication about an audit from him so far. My account continues to be restricted.

whaaat ? Did you send them all this data, pass verification and still get banned?

Did all of you guys at some point play on wpn with the same IP address as some friends / relatives / flatmates simultaneously, even without any collusion or cheating? It seems that it has been the case for at least a few ppl ITT

Got another reply from WPN support insisting I had to wait for Frank R's response in the separate email chain. Still no word from him yet.

I have now received a response from WPN with an identical email as the above. Submitted and responded, will keep people posted here.

Also, they ask you to upload a bunch of documentation via the client, but it seems that you're only able to upload the utility bill there. Pretty unprofessional all around.

yes and no. there are times when they send an email at least the day before the update (and the post on their twitter) and then there are times when they don't send any email but just post the update notice on their twitter (one thing I don't make clear is that they have a twitter account and a facebook page. The twitter one is much livelier and I can understand that, but what does it cost them when they put the update notice on twitter, don't they also put it on the their facebook page?)
however I have an account for room and when I get the update email one time I get it from bcp, the next time from king, the next time again from acr bcp and from ya.
the criteria with which they send emails is never clear.
and yes, a few months ago they started sending the update emails again.

question for the banned guys. are you verified or have you not yet verified your identity before the block?
accessing in a short time from different places/countries activates the security intervention and the account is suspended until you are verified/send the requested documents.
explain that you have been on holiday or on business trip in different places.
send him the requested documents.
Verification takes a long time, usually you can wait up to 30/40 days.
unfortunately it is not like the other rooms where you send the documents in a short time and if they are correct you are verified

if the client does not work to send the documents, send them via email and ask to receive an email confirming receipt (not the automatic ones)

I verified after signing up, and before my first withdrawal iirc. So I'm definitely verified with them to the absolute maximum capacity lol.
