Hi guys.
Just to let you know im no longer with WPN.
Someone else will deal with this account I dont know who. It has been an 8 year journey with highs and lows here more than anything. Ill be back one day somewhere but gl all.

I've played in different locations (on vacation, etc.) but never in any location where I would suspect another ACR player to be. Nobody I know personally plays on ACR other than myself.

I will say this - wherever I've played, it was/is legal to play online poker.

question for the banned guys. are you verified or have you not yet verified your identity before the block?
accessing in a short time from different places/countries activates the security intervention and the account is suspended until you are verified/send the requested documents.
explain that you have been on holiday or on business trip in different places.
send him the requested documents.
Verification takes a long time, usually you can wait up to 30/40 days.

Question for all the guys who got an unfair ban here:

Did all of you guys at some point play on wpn with the same IP address as some friends / relatives / flatmates simultaneously, even without any collusion or cheating? It seems that it has been the case for at least a few ppl ITT

We probs share same VPN IP and got banned. It really makes no sense, but looks imposible to recover a permabanned acc.

To be extra clear:
I never broke a single rule after MILLIONS of hands playing on WPN network. I never used VPN.

I got an email asking for information just like other people.
I responded to the email with the information as quickly as I could and now I got the same email again (??)

This is a very unpleasant experience. Hopefully everything will be resolved.

interesting topic, we are in 2024 today and everyone uses a vpn even just to watch a banal tv series, which can be seen in the USA but if you go even just to the UK it is blocked.
not to mention that today people travel more than ever and that in the recent years censorship, quibbles etc. have arisen, each country has its own.
which 20 years ago, in 2004, you could play in any country in the world and watch the same things without copyright things that appeared on movie tv and music like today.

aaahhh the good old days. was really the golden years. just like powerslave sit and 7th for the maidens

Has anyone made any progress towards doing this supposed "recorded session" with them? I still haven't received any emails on this since I sent them my documentation.

My account got frozen, had to re-send in documents/verification.

Glad to hear your case is resolved - did they require you to record a session?

EDIT : Just thought about it, maybe you guys should try to see if you have something in common? Like a deposit method or something? Could one of them charged back WPN and they just close your account or smth?

interesting idea to investigate.

I 100% only use cashapp to deposit and withdraw which is not recommended. But I still have access to my account. I am also a breakeven player and only play microstakes though


We should make a discord group in order to make a complaint, its just really unfair for me. I am a 500-2k player and I simply can not afford not to play on the site. I can even stream myself everyday I play if needed I will only receive an automated your account is permanently closed effective now.

I have played recently on PokerKing for 44.5kh on 400,600nl for a little winrate (1.4evbb, 2.5bb)
And today I received this VERY surprising email, obviously I cant log in anymore, and I asked them now about how to withdraw my funds.
I obviously did nothing wrong and know how security is serious about it
I am a long time grinder (5 years+) on Stars midstakes also, and I have never had any issues there

This is very scary, I really hope to recover my funds at least.

So after this, I got the same reply as everyone else from Frank R. about the passport/utility bill documents and asking different questions like which devices I use to connect to their site, poker background etc...
I replied and copy/pasted sent everything also to [email]gameintegrity@winningpokernetwork.com[/email], Then 2 days later they are the ones who replied me this (not Frank R.)
Very happy, situation ended well and quickly ... hopefully others (not guilty ones ofc) will have the same outcome

Great news and thanks for the update. I'm still waiting on my response.

Curious - did they make you record a playing session? Or was the documentation sufficient? Seems like others had to record themselves playing.

Just so odd. They spam emailed a bunch of their players banning them just to get their documents? Are they are phishing docs? Did you see the thread someone posted about it.

It is indeed odd since I would send them exactly what I've sent them in the past in terms of ID documents. It's not like this is any new information for them.


I have now been unrestricted and it appears that I can resume playing on the site. Thankful that things worked out, but I'm still absolutely shocked at how WPN approached this.


I spoke too soon - I can play in the games, but my withdrawal tab in the cashier says "no methods available". I've sent another email to support.


I'm able to successfully withdraw. While this is a major relief, I'm pretty upset at how this entire ordeal was carried out.

Leading with "you're permanently banned from our casino" and only asking for evidence later on is a good way to alienate any honest players on the platform. From freezing my account with no warning to misplaced names and emails, they got everything wrong here. The fact that my first instinct was to go in and withdraw a substantial amount of funds from the site says a lot about how flawed this process is.

I have no idea if things are better on other sites, but given this experience there is no way I would keep the amount of money that I did on the site. I simply wouldn't feel comfortable.

I understand that bots and cheaters need to be removed from the site, but there has to be a better way to go about it. I'll be sending an email to WPN support voicing my complaints with this process. I encourage everyone with similar sentiments to do so as well

My best guess is that they sent this email to everyone without really thinking it over. It reeks of incompetence. They have no reason to ban me so none of it made any sense. I'm guessing it was some sort of attempt at a bot crackdown. I'm actually still not even sure why they audited me, they haven't actually provided a reason. Anyways, I just sent them an email outlining my frustrations with their process. I encourage others to do the same, as this is completely unacceptable from them.

Could be the case, but it's very much in their best interest to listen to feedback from their own customer base. Hopefully they have some sense about them.

I have no idea why they would permanently ban you assuming you weren't cheating. When you email them, is it a real reply or some automated message?
