Trooper97 vlogs, discussions etc. will be allowed to continue in the new thread. That thread will not be unchained and I will work with the other LVL mods to keep it civil.
I personally am not going to allow a lot of the horrible posting that went on in the original thread to take place and I will be very generous with post deletions and bans if needed.
Posts the are overly derogatory, mean spirited, name calling (including using rude derivatives of names) , and demeaning posts towards any of the vloggers or posters in the thread will be deleted at the mods discretion. If any accounts persistently do this they will be banned or exiled from posting in this thread. In these cases we may issue a warning first.
Accounts that are used only to or substantially to troll post in this thread will be banned.
No personal family information or situations allowed in the thread.

OK Vlogger Thread, we are going with some new parameters to try to make this the POSITIVE vlogger thread that it is supposed to be, not the AIDS vlogger thread where a few loonies ruin it for the rest. Note that 'positive' does not equal 'only positive', it means anything negative being said CAN'T be namecalling or wild, unsubstantiated speculation regarding any and all vloggers. Personal lives and anything aside from poker is OFF THE TABLE.

He should have started by expanding his retail opportunities. Having a bigger, much more expensive room to shlep his sugar bombs around Vegas in 100 degrees looks like a step backward.
I would love to know how much Lady Trooper has outlaid for this entire operation. Wonder how much she is shelling out for rent each month. What's the odds of them actually having done their homework to be sure they are going to sell enough candy in order to be profitable?

TBC has been on a crazy upswing lately; doubling his roll from 20k to 40k. But it has only served to inflate his ego and now he is competing with Rice for most delusional poker player in existence.
Rice winning anywhere close to 200k in a year from 1/2 PLO is in the same likelihood as winning Powerball Division 1 for 7+ figures

The odds of Rice even playing PLO for more than an orbit are that high. He can't handle the variance.

In better news, today we learned he is going to play in Dallas. I actually can't wait to hear his reviews. I have a feeling he will hate it, find a bad game and say how dumb some of us who think Texas poker is great are.
Dallas is the wrong place to try Texas poker. If he is smart he goes to the Fort just west of Fort Worth or TCH Social.

Today we found out that El D's Dallas poker experience will be comprised entirely of one 9AM - noon session. LOL.

I've always believed it would be delicious if the IRS went after Tony. U see, Tony can't learn the lesson to not post this crap on the internet, of course.

I'm convinced that the entire reason Rice drove to Texas was to utilise the $25 food comp at Winstar. And I'll lay 5 to 1 odds that he doesn't get above single digit hours in at the tables. What he is willing to do in order to save a few dollars on food/rooms is mind boggling!
Also love that the Korean BBQ restaurant had to basically evict him from the premises otherwise he would literally never leave!

He already laid the groundwork for a short session when he said H&R was leaving early. Like we speculated earlier, he doesn't really want to play and risk losing any money. He probably made his nut for the year at the Orleans.

Ya, we've all heard of people protecting wins for a session. Diesel is protecting his income he made from dealing for the rest of the year. He's just trying to break even till the next dealing opportunity presents itself.

If ELD made $15,000 then he can easily get by on $1,500 each month for the next ten months with his Nomad budget and comped food from Herbs and Rye and friends as long as he doesn't get entered in the black book that excludes people from Chinese buffets.

Yeah, somehow he has found a new level of nittiness now that is only playing for comps/status. Probably only playing AA and even then he probably tries to shut down any action preflop by raising something ridiculous like 10x
It might be hilarious when he finds out 10x is on the small side of a standard raise in Texas.
He is scared of Texas poker. He'll find every excuse to not play. He might play a couple of hours and win or lose $100 but he will have a hard time avoiding big pots like he can elsewhere.
He admits today he prefers winning small pots. Don't get me wrong. I love small pots. But I'll take a few big ones every chance I get.
