Apparently I’m not allowed to respond in kind, so I’ll try to keep things more substantive. Truth is not a strength of the maga movement or pseudo-centrists that always seem to side with Trump. I’m not a twitter leftist and actually praised Kamala’s early campaign for shying away from identity politics and instead focusing on the middle class. I’m not someone who goes around focusing on racial or gender oppression, or who even agrees with the “oppressed vs oppressor” framing. But you need to pretend I am so you can spit out your boilerplate talking points.
Of course we all know that these types of political narratives are necessary to justify supporting a traitor to America, someone who tried to overturn democracy and who wants China and Russia to be on equal footing to us internationally. Whether it be wokeness, the deep state, globalism, etc, these fear based narratives are all that’s required to turn certain types of people into sycophants for Daddy Trump. It doesn’t matter how many times they get proven to be wrong, they will keep peddling lies due to their lack of critical thinking and confirmation bias.
