Cooking a Good Everything Else
Thought I'd take El D's advice and create another thread for cooking discussion, as steak is wonderful, but pork, meatba
spread it across the thresholds of your house to ward off evil
wrap some into a sachet, dunk quickly in warm water and use as a heat compress
use it to clean a pan
bet MIL has at least five other household uses that don't involve food
Light some spiced candles and place them around the tub. Put on some elevator music. Draw a steaming hot bath. Toss your wife in the tub along with those salt crystals. Cut a couple of cucumber slices to place on her eyes. Rub the crystals over her body to sluff off all the dead skin. After all of the salt melts, pull the drain plug. Have her take a shower whilst you go grab a beer and watch whatever sporting contest is on TV.
Problem solved
Careful with that stuff, it can give you high blood pressure. My dad started eating too much pink salt a few years ago. One day mom came home and found himalayan there in cardiac arrest.

Thanks for quoting yim, I almost forgot!
Yimyammer, I thought about you the other day. Saw this in Dallas. Any news on Black Betty?
I made a couple of attempts at the tortilla pizza last night and couldn't get the proper crisp
Crispy crust achieved! I skipped the oiling the cast iron and removing the excess; otherwise I did same method as last night.

I had made cast iron pizza before and always used Wegmans pre-cooked pizza crust (I have tried to work with raw dough and just can't do it). The pizzas always turned out ok but I couldn't get a crisp crust. And two small crusts cost like $5. Not the end of the world but........
an 8 count of 10" Gordita Style Burrito Tortillas is $2.89.
These pizzas cost like $2 to make

I would become a lesbian for her cooking if it's as good as it looks! 😉 (Of course, I'd need her to be one, too.)
