So im locked in with republicans winning both housr and senate and Kamala winning pop vote. I may add Kamala winning election around 40cish but i havent yet.

After a little research, I found out that sign is from Evolution Health Care, which has a system of 6 hospitals in New Zealand. One of them is called Bowen Hospital and it is a surgical hospital which means that sick people should not just be walking in. At various times in this forum's history, people have wondered why so few intelligent conservatives post in the forum. Some people have pointed to posters like Trolly. Others have pointed to what they perceive as biased moderation.
But the idiocy of people like BJ is probably just as big a factor. If I were a smart conservative who wanted to go play partisan politics on a politics forum, I would look for a place where I had better teammates than him.

I'll take you at your word that these intelligent conservatives exist, but given that my only interaction with US conservatives (well, Trumpers specifically) has been on this forum, and also based on what I see reposted in various places from social media, your word is all I have here.

I am not sure if its true for every big city in the USA but here in Canada many of them have become cities in flames

I think if you sat most conservative and democrats down they would agree on many things. The issue is the folks they send to congress and the house do not represent their values but instead big donors

You can vote for a traitor to our country who wants America to shrink on the world stage and impose huge tariffs on friend and for alike, or you can vote for a middle of the road democrat who will probably end up with a republican senate or congress or both.
