I'm done doing things I never had any interest in, that I hated, that required me to work around the clock, that I was doing better than almost everyone else by the way, that they kept changing the rules on me to make sure I lost, that bled me of my time and money: undergrad, grad school, law school, and working full-time in IT.

It's a good thing he chose to be a 1-3 NL promo grinder super nit. Definitely doesn't bleed you of your time and money.

Does Pman understand what "Side hustle poker until it becomes your main" means?

Someone should tell him that dealing poker counts as a main hustle so you probably shouldn't quit at the start and for poker to be a side hustle, you have to actually win money. Lol.

Wat? Unless your tires are full of nails, how often do you have to put air in your tires? Maybe a couple times a year?

I have a rechargeable pump I keep in the trunk so I can pump up my tires whenever I want. I think I paid 25 or 30 bucks for it.

I must have misunderstood; you're probably right. Does ACR not allow its customers to withdraw their account balances to a bank account?

Edit: One of the respondents thought he was selling a piece of himself in a tournament, which might've influenced my interpretation.

Don't play there myself but I know there are restrictions on withdrawing funds sometimes. They can also make it slow/painful to withdraw in general.

TBC is often offering to sell his ACR funds, presumably to pay for his next late night Uber or Walmart adventure.

Lol at Diesel's latest. It's another installment of mean stupid wrong comments and the incredible level of mental gymnastics and copium Diesel goes through to proof these commenters wrong when there's truth to it is next level.

The highlight is Diesel taking someone saying he makes at least $8/hr playing poker as a compliment. Diesel is like winning at poker is hard. There's tons of people making between 1 cent an hour and $7.99 an hour so $8/hr is something to be proud of.

Diesel lives a stressful life when everything he does is amazing and right. If anyone says they make more than him at poker, he just brushes it off as a lie.

Another commenter says Diesel wants a talkative and lively table yet he doesn't foster that environment by being talkative himself. Diesel proves this wrong by saying just cause he's been quiet for an hour, doesn't mean he's always quiet. Then of course he goes to his tried and truth counter that people are lying and haven't played with him at all. I've played probably 50 hours with Diesel and been in the same room for several more. He absolutely is a quiet nit. Does he occasionally talk or comment on stuff? Yes. So I guess that means Diesel is a motor mouth in his mind.

It's a compliment in his mind, because he doesn't even earn close to $8 per hour (at least not in the last 2 years) and he thinks it's some huge accomplishment to earn a living from poker. Even if it's less than 20% of what he could be making doing literally anything else.

Rice thinks that his blabbering about things that only he is interested in is being sociable. Like when he grills the attendant working the graveyard shift at Cansecos about the ownership structure of the company and he is miffed why the guy isn't thrilled to engage with him. Or when he bores players/dealers at the table with quizzes about baseball trivia etc

Seen him a bunch of times in Trooper Thursday videos and he always seemed as quiet as a church mouse. Also never plays a single hand, he just likes to occupy a seat that could be given to someone who actually will play a hand. He's always making references to him being like Mike from rounders. If he is anyone from Rounders it's Kinish but much tighter and with even less balls.

Speaking of Diesel and Trooper, why hasn't Diesel given us his recommendation of a past Trooper video lately? How depressed is Diesel about not being able to watch new Trooper vlogs? Does Diesel watch Sprkli vlogs and if so, how distraught is he over the swamp cooler/high humidity situation that's damaging the candy production?

Pman is such an attention seeking clown. Makes a post asking for help with his tournament game. Gets tons of good suggestions but it turns out he wanted help for free cause he's broke. Good thing he quit another dealing job again.

But remember, he makes enough money to cover his monthly expenses through side hustles but not enough to pay for a training course or coach so that he can finally achieve his dream of being a poker pro.

So not only does he not want to put in the work to get better, he doesn't want to pay for it either. His parents have failed him miserably.

Pretty sure after today's video I am in the top 5 most hated Rice's viewers.

I have never met someone who cares so much about grammar in vlog comments.

While I tend to be old schoolish when it comes to certain things I recognize it's 2024 and when it comes to posting on the Internet or texting, etc., there is a new accepted norm for acceptable grammar.

I am fighting back the urge to reply and/or simply cancel my subscription.

Also, LOL at charging $7 to read a weekly Patreon post. I would love to get in to the posts and critique his grammar mistakes. I'm sure he is perfect though.

One last thing about Rice ... I would love to see him do a video similar to Brad Owen's video from demon Monday. Where he somehow gets stuck four buyins and tries to run massive bluffs and light hero calls to try to get unstuck. Sigh. It'll never happen.

Please tell me you're joking.

Please stop being such a negative mean stupid poster. Nomad doesent care if he makes below poverty wage playing poker, he is a professional travelling player regardless if he makes 1 dollar pr hour. He is patting himself on the back constantly for being able to squeeze out couple of bucks pr hour against absolute droolers/amateurs at 1/3.

I imagine few of those people are "making a living" at it.

From the small talk I've seen in his videos, like King of Queens BS and stupid baseball crap, I'd prefer the silent nit.

He obviously is a silent massive nit,the type of player that scare away fish/donators from the poker tables going to spend their money in the pits instead.

I bet 5K on the spot that if we asked 100 players that played alot of hours with Nomad, the vast majority of them would report back that they have the experience of him as a silent nit for the most part. Going off on a tangent once in a while with meaningless trivia stuff or tilting the dealers asking them lol trivia stuff questions on whatever topic he is obsessed with doesent change that.

Not to my knowledge.

But he's alluded to it multiple times in his vlog and also in the comments how he thinks he's like Mike McDermott from Rounders. I'm guessing because they have law school and poker in common.

Oh and of course, who can forget that riveting scene with Mike in moot court with the judges/professors - that has to transport Rice back to his own moot court days when the professors flagrantly disregarded the sacred rubric.

If you want to move up on his "hated" list, give him detailed info on applying for food stamps.

If he was in California he could probably make 30 or 40 grand a year just by being destitute. Lots and lots of giveaways there depending on which city you're in.
