Yes, we know he left the bunker when supplies ran out. He died a desperation death. That does not change his complicity in all these events.

Sinwar literally died on the front lines fighting until his last breaths. he was most certainly not "hiding in a bunker".

Sinwar was a coward. He desperately tried to get a ceasefire deal that would ensure his safety. Eventually the IDF closed in on him and he got stuck between tunnels. He was a murderer and got what he deserved.
