Texans - 32

Between Carr and Schaub one of them had to do some absurd failing. Guessing 32 as its 2 seasons when they played.

Surely a Jameis Bucs team?

I'll go with the turnover king from the Kingdome, Dave Krieg and the 1985 Seattle Seahawks, 27.

I'll roll with the Saints of old at about 35.0.

Vinnie testaverde Tampa Bay bucs 28

heard this stat just now on a podwhat is the longest streak of consecutive games w an offensive turnover?i'll come back w the answer later tonight. guesses welcome. if you google or chatgpt the answer, don't post it. let's see what the masses come up w in regards to guesses (i'll also include what i guessed)fwiw, the current leader is the chefs at 13 consecutive games and count

to be clear, i shouldn't have said offensive turnover as it can be any giveaway (for example, a punt returner fumbling or muffing a punt, etc.), not just an offensive turnover

i'll wait another 90 mins or so to see if more guesses come in

Since I'm a salty bitch I'll guess the Jacoby-Rivers Colts post-Luck (2019-2020). Give me...21 games

what about someting tarkenton, saint manning, or stabler raider

I've already played the St Manning card.
I'll grant you that Tarkenton might have had a good run.

confirmed by price of his topps rookie card

surely sexy rexy, orton and cutlah combined for at least 36 straight?

and w that smartDFS comes the closest

BUF ('66 - '73) had 99 straight. yes 99 straight. remarkable

second longest is 67 straight by CLE ('76 to '81)

my guess was 21

You are looking at the Browns record and thinking they are a bad team. They aren't. Deshaun was just that bad they couldn't win games. Their defense is good, and they would easily have a winning record of Jameis was the starter the entire season. The only "dud" they put up was against the Raiders and week 1 and 2 is just preason nowadays; you saw it with the large number of ups

I dunno. I think the Browns might be pretty bad.

in honour of Derrick Henry being at 1050 yards and 11TDs after 9 games, I once again provide a link to his high school rushing stats

him being the same size and...if the lifting stats are to believed....probably the same strength as he is now while dominating against some of the most powerful athletes in the world, while playing against 15 to 17yr olds is scary to think about. Imagine the 155lb sophomore safety from the bottom of the roster when the big fella breaks through the line

how rural high school athletes became mythological heros

that really was pretty cool from Barkley. Basically an action movie move

Raiders clearing house, OC gone and apparently more to come

Wrestling move.

Olave's fourth concussion in three years coming from a brutal hit, crickets. Tua's third (well, definitely fourth), calls to retire from every sports show.

What's the difference? QB prominence? Plays for a semi-competent team (when he's not out with a concussion)?

Denzel Ward has had more. It’s profile and prominence all wrapped up in hypocrisy

No one wants him to retire but they all want something to talk about

Yeah I think I said the Ward one in here a few weeks ago and got nothing, his brain must be literal mush at this point
