The way it works is that entering illegally vs entering legally selects for different groups of people, different talents, different attitudes and so on.
So it's not the same people even if they come from the same country.
And it doesn't have much to do with DNA either, at least not necessarily.
Also, the fact ITSELF of having a widespread violation of rules , of not enforceing rules, *can poison the blood of your country*, imagine that! that could mean that even if the totality of illegals were perfect people for all aspects, their mere existence in the country could be toxic and poisonous, because having the constant living proof of a violation of the rule of law around you dismantles trust in... you know... the rule of law! which is essential to the country to work properly!
When we talk uninformed voters and "Who is Kamala", "When did Biden drop out", etc. I have to wonder how many people have actually seen Trump calling his political opponents vermin, know about immigrants poisoning the blood of the country, know about promising retribution against the left.
How many Trump voters actually know why some on the left call him a fascist and have actually examined the whole list of evidence?

Not if goverment is currently increasing the cost of a lot of things by existing, and by reducing government presence in some sectors (regulations) you can decrease the cost of producing stuff people want to consume.
In a few cases you can decrease the cost of stuff by increasing regulations even! (or by enforcing existing ones properly). Like when monopolists are scamming people.
Or, if you reduce taxes, you increase the consumption power of the same gross earning.

While incredibly savvy people can strategically deploy reform to positive affect, we have no indication that Trump is capable of this or capable of allowing this or capable of finding someone capable of doing this. He was already president for 4 years and didn't do any of these things effectively

The normal take for most pro immigration people has always been to legalize more immigration, make it easier for people to immigrate legally and so on.

Reducing regulation on fossil fuel extraction directly helps everyone who buys anything that uses energy in it's production process, that pays heating or electrical bills, and so on.

No he mentions congress is required more than once, and no he isn't going to do a full ban on it given he asks for congress to pass a full ban on transition for minors, but not for adults.
No transition is medically necessary definitionally as being trans isn't a medical condition, and no other medical condition REQUIRES transitioning.

It looks like the phrase was "they are poisoning the blood of the country", and the "they" is the people who let illegals in (democrats), which changes the meaning in non subtle ways.
