I have not received any emails or other form of correspondence from 888 in the last few days. The last email that I had from support was Friday 3 May 2024 with the following heading:
Dialogue box requesting a password reset [Reference #: 240110-002551] [Reference #: 240314-001892]

Hello, its been more than a week already after 888 validated my address, now they came back with ID request (which have been completed just before they have requested address confirmation) , ive sent ID etc again but there is still no answer and my cashier page still looks same and isnt accessable.
Can you please get some1 to get that sorted as tbh atm it looks that requests will just go round around every time, isnt it 1 team who validating everything? I can see lots of peoples have same issue here like its 2 different teams validating address and id....

It seems multiple emails regarding password reset have been sent to member, if he doesn’t receive any of these there must be a problem with his email address that needs to update.

There is very unpleasant situation at NL50 tables.
2 players from Ukraine:
1) Mrwheelchair
2) Uselessclown
They both have absolutely identical game patterns. They have identical game stats and identical preflop sizes patterns. Both of them are taking 0.000001s before each action. Identical timing tells. And the worst thing is that they were playing an the same table both, teamplaying together. Even nicknames are created by the same type. Also they both have absolutely identical postflop game patterns and sizes. It so obviously that it is some kind of AI and one operator behind them.
for 3k hands sample they both are playing exactly 24/20/12
It should be done something with this. It is not acceptable for such a big poker room to have this bul**it at the tables.

After trying to withdraw on 30/8 and having my account temporarily disabled, I was finally able to get in contact with a competent live chat agent who explained that my account is being permanently closed for opening it in 2012 whilst I was under aged and to provide details for a bank transfer of my balance. Please - get involved some1 for serious in my issue, today i was in live chat, they have approved everything once again and said that in an hour i will be able to access cashier etc, but i have this image coming up instead at all times.....
Lots of money are frozen in there, as well as one of my withdrawals for more than 1000$ - its never came on my skrill, and it seems that guys just dont want to give an access to my account because of where that money is.... (idk where but not with me for sure)
I really hope that you can help, as atm for me looks that i will have to Regulatory Bodies to be involved as it is pure frozing of my own money with no any reason with what breaking the law.

tips for new players. Complete full verification before your first deposit. Why so many players deposit first, play and only then made withdrawal and suffer from all these verification issues? I don't get it. Make your life easer.

How do we go from "your account will be checked in the morning" on 4th November to "Sent over guys" on 11th Nov? Anyway still waiting for my funds 76 days later. Got through to a live chat supervisor who closed the chat while I was typing because I hadn't responded in 15 seconds since his last reply. The whole 888 support system is a disgrace.
