So, looks like Trump not only smashed the electoral college, but is looking on track to win the popular vote, which seems to be an unexpected turn of events, but a clear sign of the current temperature in the country and perhaps the wider world.
Would be interested to hear views on how his 2nd term will pan out from both sides of the aisle - major happenings, what he's going to get done, what he's not going to get done, the impact of his election on the current conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza, whether his popularity will remain the same, wane, or increase, etc.

In programming there is a clear distinction - one is a unary operator, and one is a binary operator and in some cases -x and 0-x can even sometimes give different results depending on the data type of x (for example, in SQL, if x is a decimal with a precision of more than 4, 0-x will get truncated to 4 decimal places in some versions because 0 gets cast to a decimal 0.0000 and then x gets cast to a decimal of the same precision in order to perform the calculation).
I'm not sure that distinction is as clear cut when you're just talking about writing out formulae in algebraic notation, though. -5 and 0-5 are pretty much the same thing.

In fact, we encouraged people to consult their doctor about it and get it if their Dr recommended it. God ain’t pissed at me. Some people on the right lied about vaccine efficacy for covid, some people believed them, and perhaps died a death that could have been prevented by vaccination.
Fact is , as i said, your side lied a lot more during covid causing a lot more damage than that.
I was against lockdowns but profited from them. And i did encourage people at risk to vaccinate as plenty of rightwing people did, unlike on the left where the absurdities , grotesque exaggeration of risk and so on were agreed upon by basically everyone.
