It's cool to see Global is running a $630 holiday tournament, as far as I know this is the highest buy-in tournament they've ever had.

The return to lobby button is missing. Mobile Android 14. I logged in this morning and played a short session with no problems. Then I logged in around 9:00am EST. When I joined a table the buttons for full screen were almost touching the address bar of the browser (Chrome 130.0.6723.103). After I bought in I noticed that the buttons to return to the lobby or enter the casino were missing from the lower left corner of the screen. The only way to return to the lobby is to exit the table. So I can't open multiple tables. I also can't view the table stats
in the lobby without leaving the current table. I tried Brave Browser and still have the same issue. Anyone else having this problem? Any idea what the issue could be? TY.

Seems like vault rb finally added to sngs today, excellent. Also noticing a revamp happened at least to husngs, which amount to a slight rake reduction and small structure tweaks allowing more play than the previous structure.

This seems like a super player-friendly decision across the board, that's awesome.

You're the first person other than myself that has experienced this. It started for me on Sunday night. I am unable to multitable. I opened a ticket, but support is having me do basic tasks such as clear cache, verify pop ups are not blocked, checking my internet connection, etc. No. It's nothing like that. Something had changed that has removed the buttons. I understand troubleshooting has to start somewhere, but this is a case of they didn't check on a mobile platform for themselves. I am on a Samsung S22 Ultra. I had a friend verify the same problem on his iPhone, so this is definitely impacting more people than just us. As of right now there is no one else talking about it. Its not just u guys, alot of people on discord are complaining about playing on mobile/ cant multi table RN. The admins are aware of this and are working on a fix. no ETA was given on when it will be fixed... hopefully soon. prob best to play on desktop ATM... GL yall =)

Curious why Global isn't allowing direct buy ins for this. It would certainly increase the entries. Maybe they dont want tourney regs who dont play here normally to only show up for one big tourney.

Looks like they will have a couple of 99SC "satellites" every week in Dec where 1 in 7 get a seat.

I would assume that whoever makes these decisions thinks that this is somehow better for the recs and worse for the regs. The irony is that this is actually the other way around, because the regs will be paying on average less to enter and the recs will on average be paying more.

Also, doing it this way allows them to rake $63 from every $693 that goes into the pool, which is more than the industry standard for a tournament of that size.

Also also, doing it this way allows everyone to start ITM at the same chip stack which would hurt the stronger players (slightly) and help the weaker players (slightly), especially in a format where it's pretty easy to accidently make the correct play in a lot of spots.

Why do you think you can't buy in directely? It just looks like a multi day tournament with a stupid structure.

Look at the screenshot carefully.....

The part where it says buy in SC630 is just the valuation of entry, it doesn't mean it accepts buyins. It is a phased tourney where you buyin to a phase and if you qualify you win entry to it. Is that how it works? Freerolls have prizes with entry to tournies with similar structure run on the site I play.

Motive for the structure I would say is financial. Would I pay SC99 for a shot at it? Hell no.

I read the promotion, wow did they word that absolutely ******ly. So basically it's a $99 $500K where day 1 doesn't matter. Should be fun!

Nope rake is up for husngs. Its now a 10% rake from I believe 7%. So if they are giving rake back your paying the same rake as before.

I double-checked to make sure they didn't make another round of changes, but this is wrong. It was 7% and now it's roughly 6.5% in addition to the 30% rb, plus an improved structure.

Going back to two lobbies per stake would be nice, though.

I am in a state no longer serviced.

Around Sept/Oct, I could no longer add my vault myself. I was told it would be done when requested.

Oct 14 global credited my account w/ my vault amount
Oct 16 service to my state ended

according to global support, 2 days was enough time to playthrough my vault amount of nearly $120. I was busy and did not play those 2 days.

I think this is an unfair stance and wondering if anyone else is experiencing this

Fkn Global. I didn't have the issue you're dealing with. But, I did have to login and out multiple times today. The Sweeps coins and Gold Coins were missing on the lobby page. NGL Iam looking forward to WPT opening early next year. I mean they can't be worse than Global...

Have the Gift Card options gotten particularly crappy recently?

like many, I had banking issues years ago - so I just play a little and once a year cash-out some giftcards for xmas.. well it's that time of year - and man! Red Lobster and Harry and David?!! wtf... didn't there used to be Apple cards?

The issue was with a Firefox extension.

Did they change the playthrough requirements for w/d as the sngs and mtts I played on Sunday didn't count towards being able to cashout my balance.

Players in Nevada will no longer be able to play on the site effective February 15th. No more deposits after January 15th, and all access restricted April 15th. Emails were sent today to all Nevada players.
