Burger looks awesome. Would be great with those fried pickles on it!

A+ home burgers.

That looks fantastic, may have to try. Just re-upped my authentic kewpie mayo too.

Dinner last night. Did my own: boneless turkey breast, stuffing, mashed potatoes/gravy, southwest style corn, dinner rolls, and green bean casserole.

Nostalgia on a plate by cokeboy. A+

Good job, cokeboy!

I see that we prefer the same method to serve our mashed potatoes and gravy!

And so...

And then...

That looks amazing!! 1 of my complaints about my apartment complex is not being able to have a grill.

On a new diet plan with high protein and I've been eating a stupid amount of chicken. It's shocking how much protein some diets want you to eat, it's an adventure to get 200g per day.

Chicken thighs (boneless/skinless) and drumstick lollipops marinated in a sauce made from 1 can chipotles in adobo, 2 limes juice, lime zest, honey, cumin, and garlic

Chicken thighs (boneless/skinless) marinated in Soy Vey low sodium teriyaki, with additional teriyaki (plus more soy and mirin) brushed on twice during grilling.

beautiful Jack

oh wow, that chipotle in adobo marinade sounds fantastic. Did you use it to baste on the grill as well?

Yes, basted with the adobo marinade prior to each flip. All chicken cooked on the pellet grill.

Had a grilled braut dog with Wolf Brand chili and Kraft Mac-n-Cheese on a toasted hoagie bun with a touch of plain mustard for lunch.

Because sometimes I like to eat like a 12 year old

i'd smash that in a heartbeat

That could go in the high af thread too.

been experimenting with smash/onion burgers. so far I've found whole foods 80/20 the best overall.

I've tried snake river farms wagyu and safeway 80/20. The wagyu was good, but too premium for my tastes. Its more for special occasions. As someone who grey up on MCDs, I don't need my burger beef to be super premium.

this is a pineapple bacon onion smash, with chopped pickles and jalapenos on the bottom bun.

going to try a basic smash for lunch. air fryer curly fries = very little need to go out for burgers anymore.
