Not holiday related, but something I need to say.
A comment on a discord server reminded me of something that is 2+2 related, from a time when I was still on the poker side of the forums.
The comment made me remember that in my Messenger list, I still have a poker dealer who died 14 years ago. Some of you may remember him.
Bobby "youtalkfunny" Choquette died of a heart attack at work. This man is a legit 2+2 legend, one of the all-time great posters/storytellers. I am never deleting that link, even if it doesn't work anymore.
It's weird how the world works, finding connections where you don't expect them. Cherish the ones you have, and keep your eyes open for others.

there is a good youtalkfunny thread somewhere on this forum... I think the thread is titled "deadwood appreciation", and turned into a thread about people's memories and fondness for him after he passed.
