$25----->25k Bankroll Challenge on Ignition

$25----->25k Bankroll Challenge on Ignition

I am going to be starting with $25 in my Ignition Account and try to spin it up to $25,000.

I will start at 5nl since it is the lowest stake on the site and be playing Ignition Reg tables only.

I will be updating every 5k hands with my progress.

My expectation for each limit is as follows:

Expected Winrates for each limit:

5NL: 30bb/100

10NL: 25bb/100

25NL: 20bb/100

50NL: 15bb/100

100NL: 12bb/100

200NL: 10bb/100

Variance will be a decent factor in a lot of these winrates but these are just ball park numbers. Once I hit 25k I will take a 10buyin shot at 500nl! As far as moving up I'll move up whenever I feel like it, but probably after winning 30-40 buyins at the limit.

There will be no cherry picking here since you can't cherry pick a Bankroll Challenge. Wish me luck (or not) and follow along in this thread.

why not xjam turn

why not xjam turn

Fish don’t like to fold to turn check-raises.

Apparently this one doesn’t like to fold to donk jams either.

This line is great for value because opponent's won't believe you checked a strong hand twice.

My opponent snap called a 0EV hand.

I talk about this concept in this video and show you MDA.

In this video we go over the hand using 4BP MDA. Check in here

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUOLg8iH...

very cool hand lol, was saving my thoughts until others responded

in game i wasn't sure if you were pure flatting AKo and AA since population mostly ships pre, on the NL50 sim theres quite alot of donks since theres less AA in CO range and
more AQo that 4bets in HJ range

as played nice call since I decided I wanted to overbluff here since its hard to find natural bluffs on this runout

Yeah it's a sick hand lol. Playing vs better regs is way more fun than playing vs boring fish all day.

I have a pet theory on this donk spot. I know I could never get a statistically significant sample on 4BP xc-xc-donk jam lines on 2tone 4 flush runouts but I am noticing this pattern.

I think whenever the OOP PFR has a 2tone board/4 flush runout and they donk river it is going to be overbluffed because of this perceived AA/AK advantage that may or may not be true (it's crazy how different the solver solutions are based on rake structure).

You see the same tendency happen in this hand (high stakes 3BP hand but same concept)

https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showp...

If you look at MDA across all pot types you see a very consistent pattern that in certain line types, whenever the 2tone/4 flush runout comes out it is overbluffed. The qualifier is when PFR has more Ace of the suit in range than the PFC.

Look at this spot for 3BP OOP PFR B-X-B.

2tone flop---4 flush run out. Aggregate is 34 weak

SRP COvsBB IP PFR for B-X-B. Aggregate is 35 weak

So I'm thinking the same thing happens in 4BPs. Basically the 4BP OOP PFR perceives themselves to have the AA/AK advantage and if they somehow get to the river with no flush they realize they have the flush advantage and donk jam their non flush hands.

I actually do think it is a really good play against population since IP should overfold here. Very cool hand all around.
