FYI,

To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:

Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

If any of these details are missing or unclear, the document may not pass our verification standards. We recommend double-checking these criteria before resubmitting.

Greetings!
I am from Belarus, the city of *******.
On 888 – Semsss.

An email has been sent to my email address specified in my personal data
during registration at 888: 888 will stop working in Belarus on 12.26.24.
Please contact our support service regarding the withdrawal of the remaining funds.

But I don't have any way to contact you.
The help center is not working in the 888 client – a window opens with the inscription ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
When trying to switch to a deposit, the same thing happens.
In the personal information tab, I am asked to confirm my phone number, but I do not receive any SMS messages.
I can't communicate in English over the phone.
I may not be able to log into client 888 from 12/26/24.

I signed up for 888 through an affiliate PokerStrategy.com and I didn't make any deposits or cashouts.

Please help me with instructions on what actions to
take to withdraw funds from 888.

have an account that was fully verified, with multiple succesful deposits and withdrawals over the last ~1,5 years - always the same card.
Suddenly support requests that I verify everything again. I do that, with the same, updated documents but they refuse. When I ask them to help me send the correct ones I get no response (last email from them Dec 9). Can you please help?

scrolling through this thread and almost all the problems listed with withdrawals and account verifications ect are about 888 very poor customer support . Lots of form emails that do little to resolve problems and extremely difficult to communicate with . Had similar problems myself on more then one occasion . Strongly recommend joining forums such as this one and seeing what sites have the most problems before you join a site

I responded the email by uploading my bank statement as a new address proof and addeing comments about my address changed via verify portal one week ago, but I didn't get any reply further.
Just now, I repiled to the email directly and hope it would work this time.

I've been trying to get withdrawals on my account unblocked for 3 and half months and sent everything that was requested but communication seems stuck since Tax Return was requested. As explained in the last email sent, I don't receive tax return due to not having taxable income and online poker which is my only source of income isn't taxable in Croatia, so I couldn't have possibly received any tax return.

My account has been restricted since 26.6.2024. and since then I'm having issues with verifying my address. So far I've sent:
-ID
-Driving License (does not contain an address but was requested)
-Bank Statement
-Skrill Statement
-Revolut Statement
-Certificate of Residence issued by The Ministry of the Interior of Croatia
-Confirmation of Income and Receipts issued by the Tax Administration of Croatia
-Certificate of Purchase of Securities
All documents contain the same address registered with my 888Poker account and were issued within the last three months on the day of sending and they were all either digital or scanned in high quality.

However, my documents have been rejected with the following reasons:
-the required details are not fully visible or are not included in the document sent
-the document is issued more than 3 months ago
These reasons don't seem valid, given that the documents were recent and clear. I have attempted to resolve this through the chat support on multiple occasions, but each time, I am asked to resubmit the same documents, only for them to be rejected without further response.

As advised by the UK Gambling Commission's guide on how to complain (

), I am reaching out directly to resolve this issue hoping to avoid the need for external intervention. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could review my case to finally verify my address and enable my withdrawals.

I'd like to report collusion from plo100-200 tables (or it is the same player/cardsharing.)
Players:
Monaghan31 (from Brazil)
gmycash (from Brazil)
They play only when they are at the same table.
They have identical donking% stat.
They have identical agression (flop,turn,river)
They have identical check-raise stat.
I joined table where Monaghan31 were sitting by himself. After is sat down,
player gmycash instantly joined the table.
I haven't ever seen these players though im regular at plo100-plo1k tables.
None of them havent played even 1 tournament on 888 (i checked from sharkscope)
Every showdown where both of these players have went is where they both had nuts.
They play against eachother but they dont go showdowns.
They both take a lot of time when making actions.

I have reported earlier also about brazilian cheaters and suddenly they just gone and never heard
anything about these players from 888.

Edit: Ok and now they quit all the tables at the same time.

I could not confirm my address for a long time and in an attempt to explain my situation I sent an emotional letter about how there is a war in our country, missiles are flying in every day and I have a shortage of funds.

Unfortunately, in response to this letter my account was blocked. I continued to ask for help and finally received a notification that the documents I sent through the cashier were successfully accepted and saved in the system. However, my account is still not working.

I ask you to help me unblock my account because I cannot play and cannot withdraw funds. During all the time I played on your site I did not make any withdrawals, but a long time ago I made a minimum deposit through Skrill. I really like playing at 888 Poker and it brings me pleasure.

And suddenly they both sits in at the same. I think its pretty clear that these nicknames are the one person,
or they sharing their cards.
It's really stressing to focus on things like these while playing.
I mentioned these players awhile ago and nothing has done.

Is everyone here getting asked for verification documents even though they been verified a while back. A while back I got asked to resubmit verification documents and I submitted documents to 888 for reverification and they accepted the documents.

I then continued to play on 888 without an issue. I haven't played on 888 in a while but is almost everyone getting asked to send documents again? This happens only when you make a cashout or they just ask for it? When they ask for it, you can still play on 888 or is your account locked until you send? Are there lot of people that do not get asked to send reverification documents?
