Sick "I have a lady" brag 👍 😆

i caught that, too!

Hachi delivered straight to your door is always a good choice.

yup, that looks pretty solid

Dojo Sushi, just a couple California rolls but very good quality, will need to go back and get some of their other rolls. $10 for 2 rolls is pretty cheap.

That's less expensive than grocery store sushi 😉

Need to see filling to judge, but that's almost too cheap

Uber eats BOGO offer, picked it up. Actually only $7.50 with my discounted uber eats gift cards from Costco.

Finally tried Lou’s Diner.

I got Curtis’s Haystack w a side of sausage patties, was pretty good. Not great. Lady got Huevos Rancheros which was definitely better but not a favorite breakfast dish of mine. Looked like a huge line outside, but maybe waited 5 minutes for a table. Would go back and get something different, but would rather hit Omelet House instead.

Interesting I wanted to like Omelet House but I vastly prefer Lou’s. Also Curtis’s Haystack looks solid.

Another perfect steak at Toca:

No flaws in this statement

Looks awesome WJ!

Can’t wait for some nit to come in and argue with the word ‘perfect’

French onion soup burger at Yukon Pizza 10/10 incredible. $19 for a double, well worth it. Will only be around for a few weeks so you best get your ass to Yukon ASAP.

Wow that burger looks good.

So do the calamari and steak at Toca!

Yukon is so good

Looks awesome/ isn't New York strip $72? Just not my idea of casual dining...(even for Vegas)

$79 now. InKind app promo $50 off 150 plus discounted InKind gift cards from Costco ($60 per 100) = half price Toca. The gift that keeps on giving.

Toca atmosphere is not fine dining in the least. It’s loud; has a club vibe, and you can also go there and eat $20 tacos too if you want cheap (relatively speaking, and yes the steak tacos are absolutely worth $20 for 2). Cut = fine dining. Toca = casual dining. Both have expensive steaks. That’s my take.

Mother Wolf consistently great

Focaccia - 10/10
Margherita pizza - 10/10
Sausage pizza - 9/10
Cocktails - 8.5/10
Cacio Pepe - 9.5/10
Rigatoni alla gricia - 10/10
Short rib rigatoni - 7/10
Steak tartare - 8/10
Pistachio gelato - 10/10

$420 for 4 plus tip not that includes 8 cocktails

Steak tartare.

Mutha effing NOM!

Mother Wolf should be considered Fine Dining.
at this point there doesn't seem to be a point of two separate threads

I don't personally consider pizza and pasta to be fine dining...you could easily go eat at Mother Wolf for $60 or less. I agree that having separate threads is kind of a waste, nobody seems to agree on where does the line of casual vs fine dining end anyway. Is it price? Ambiance? Type of food? I consider fine dining to be a chef's menu type place that's $150+ per person or a very high end steakhouse like Cut, whereas a steakhouse like Toca or STK is much more casual. A place that has a live DJ and girls eating fire probably is not fine dining.

NY strip. Toca is between Aria and the Crystals shops, right outside the check-in/concierge desk at Aria. In my opinion it's the best NY strip I've had in Vegas that wasn't a wagyu+ cut. Only one I'd say is on the same level from what I've had is SW's American wagyu one but that's also almost double the price. I haven't been to Peter Luger, Barry's, Golden Steer, Prime, or any of the other downtown casinos' steakhouses though.
