Gibraltar based, licensed and regulated, 888poker has had a record breaking year thus far with several mile
I don't know if it's a personal problem or not, but yesterday while I was playing at 888 the screen froze. All the screens I was playing on. I played normally on the other sites, but 888 froze. I lost two buy-ins, $11 and $16.5.Below is a screenshot in which I appear with 58bb and at the same time I have 303 chips in the lobby.Do you know what it could be? I have a good compute

Sorry for your issue. The relevant department is looking into it right now.
If you can please help us with some further clarification. We have checked the logs and it is clear that there were disconnections.
From what we understand from your screenshots, the client froze when you were at blind level 3 (left image) and you are showing in the right image that you are at blind level 9 at the moment that the screenshot was taken? Is this assumption correct? If not, can you further elaborate on the timeline of events and the screenshot.

I try to contact you to clarify the reason for the block and you only tell me that it is a permanent closure and that my funds are confiscated. I have sent dozens of emails and I have only received automatic messages. I would appreciate it if the room would take this seriously. There are dozens of players with this problem and the room simply steals our funds and ignores all our emails.

This room is terrible, dozens of player accounts blocked for months with funds withheld and no explanation, I have been playing for 16 years and I have never had these problems in any room, avoid putting your money here, it will only cause you problems.

the 2-5 PLO table disappeared. Will it come back?
Haven't played on 888 in a while. I know a while back it had lag issues where if you have too many tables opened, it freezes and lags and you have to close the client and log back in again. I remember this was when you open 9 tables, this happened. Then when new software came, it didn't have this issue at 9 tables. However, it still seemed to freeze and lag if you have 12 tables or so?
Someone mentioned that the new software has lot of lagging/freezing again. So the most tables you can play at once is how much for there not to be freezing? At most 8? I do use hem3 and caption with it and recall back then if I stop the hud and the caption, the issues stopped. Are there players here that multitable a lot on 888 or it just isn't possible unless you don't use the hud or the caption?
Its been more than 3 weeks since my account is disabled, how much time would you guys take?
At Snap tables even if i have ''wait for big blind'' is on, i still have to post big blind even if software puts me on utg.

my deposit limit is suddenly 1.5k per week. i can't raise it above 1.5k on the cashier. is there anything i can do?
i am a long time reg (15 years) playing mainly on 888 in the uk.
I have moved full time to Germany, got married bought a house etc.( July 2024)
but have had a nightmare trying to set up 888 poker from Germany.
I tried to send documents via my old account. i got an auto response saying they had received them. Also i never got any progress beyond that.
i then spoke to a 888 bot on facebook. It suggested deleteing my uk account and starting a fresh one on .de. So i deleted my original account.
I try to register from Germany and i get the same error code

Yet if there was a mistake with any information it would be in a red field. I would obv fix them but there is no error fields. So nothing highlighted as wrong.
I have rung them and one person said it was a common error but never did anything after the call.
the second person didnt have a clue about what to do.
This has been going on for months now. I just want to register with 888.de and play some poker on there.
I have been able to reg with gg no problem.
