Unibet would never delete an account with a balance over zero. If the account remains inactive for a period longer then 12 months, a monthly administrative fee will be applied. This fee will continue to be charged until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account can be deactivated. Can you tell me what jurisdiction you were playing from? Is it by any chance Belgium?

I was playing from Finland. The customer number/ID associated with my Unibet account is/was 4758164.

I will try to get to the bottom of this on Monday.

Thank you. Although, the person I talked to in the Unibet website's chat support today told me that he would report my issue to some other people who would look further into it.

I just received an email from [email protected] that says that they're still unable to locate my account with the details I provided.

Hey man, I checked everything, and I can tell you that you should contact Boabet customer service from now on, as Unibet customer service will no longer be able to assist you.

My monetary loss was so small that I won't bother with this any further than this. The person I talked with in the Unibet website support chat mentioned many times that I could simply create a new Unibet account, which is what I'll do if I ever want to start using Unibet again (which I must say is unlikely after this experience).

Hello!

If I am currently making my living through poker, and have no regular employment, is there a way to get a larger maximum-loss per month? Swedish resident

If you are unemployed and play for a living, it may be challenging to increase it. However, if you can demonstrate that you have sufficient funds, there might be a possibility to raise it. Due to compliance with Swedish law, this process can be difficult. The best course of action is to contact our live chat, where they'll review your account and inform you of the necessary documents required for this to happen and if it’s even possible in your case.

Is unibet network returning to any of countries removed soon via license or anything like that, or is it not in plans?

Unibet will only operate in countries where there are laws and licensing in place, or where there is a path to obtain one soon, such as in Finland.

Hey everyone,

I recently returned to playing poker and have been using the Unibet Poker client for the last two weeks. However, I've been experiencing a major issue where the client disconnects multiple times, and it’s not just me – everyone seems to be affected. It’s happening frequently, and I can see players sitting out during these times.

At this point, I’m starting to think they might be cheaping out on servers to host the poker client, and that’s causing these issues. It’s very unprofessional and disrespectful to run a poker client like this, especially when the issue persists for over two weeks.

I would love to hear from others how long this problem has been going on. Any updates from Unibet on this?

Thanks!

Hey, did you try contacting support? How often are you getting disconnected? We had some issues on February 1st and a brief one (about 10 minutes) yesterday around 2 PM, but other than that, I wouldn't say we've had any major problems. If you could reach out to me on the Unibet community so I can verify your account, we can look into this further.

Yeah, that sounds about right. I was affected both times. I don’t recall Unibet having issues like this when I played on it years ago, so this is a bit surprising. Hopefully, it can get resolved soon.

Refunds have been issued for the affected players both times. You can verify this in your account under the transaction history tab, where you will find a transaction labeled "Poker Premium Deposit."

Hahaha, pinkyblinder - what a **** joke this moron is...

unibet down again =/

Unfortunately, it was. Refunds will be processed shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Could someone clarify where I can find information on what's allowed and what's not in the Unibet Poker client? I was under the impression that anything interacting with the client itself is prohibited.

I have a few specific questions about this:

1. What about using a window manager to automatically arrange tables, instead of manually tiling them with the Unibet interface?

2. Is it allowed to use a post-it software for taking notes during play?

3. Are macros allowed on my mouse to, for example, send two scroll actions with one scroll, or to use an AHK script to automatically adjust the bet size to specific amounts (e.g., 9bb, 12bb), or remap functions like scrolling to arrow keys using AHK in a 1:1 ratio?

4. Is it acceptable to run solvers while playing on Unibet?

Lastly, I seem to be having trouble accessing the Unibet forums—are players from Belgium automatically excluded, as my details don't seem to be recognized when I try to log in?

i mean, it would be a different game if you were allowed to run solvers while playing

Your statement is pretty ridiculous! If only it were that easy, just browse a few GTO solves and start crushing. On PokerStars, for example, you can't even have solvers open while the client’s running, so people use a second setup/cloud just to churn out some solves. I’m only asking this to run some scripts in the background while playing on unibet, not for RTA obviously.

so is the statement pretty ridiculous or the question?
Let me answer that for you, because you'll get it wrong. It was the question that is pretty ridiculous!

but no, you cannot "run some scripts" while playing on Unibet.

I appreciate your input, but I’m pretty sure a Unibet rep will be able to provide a clear and accurate answer to my question. Thanks!

Anything that interacts with the software in any way is forbidden (we make an exception for Jurojin Poker). If you're found to be using third-party software to aid your play, we might close the account and confiscate funds, depending on the severity of the offense. However, using solvers will certainly lead to a ban. So, points 1 and 2 are generally okay, point 3 could get you in trouble, and point 4 is a no-go at all.

Thanks for the quick response! This matches my current beliefs, and I really appreciate the clarity.

Hi there,

Is it possible to adjust the font size and or color for the stack and player names in the Unibet program files? The text is so small and on top off eachother that IÂ’m practically squinting to read it.
If only I had a bigger monitor...
