i would be ok with waiting for adulthood for that as well (and tattoos) but it's not the same as removing a part which is supposed to be there
Maybe not, but almost as bad. A 16yo girl may not even yet be at full breast size so it's crazy anyway. And I think those can affect breast feeding later, plus I haven't heard of any implants that don't have a decent chance to leak or cause other health problems in the future.
