In my personal ranking of FF French Fry's, I put CFA somewhere behind 'getting hit by a bus'. Nut low fry IMO.
But it's okay if you like 'em. Not hating.
One of the best burgers I've had recently came from Buffalo Wild Wings. $12-$15 typically depending on what you get, and they're BOGO on Mondays and Wednesday right now.
Talked myself into today. Ordered their lunch combo for takeout.

I didn't know they had burgers. Is that a McDonald's sized burger, or a real restaurant-sized burger?

No purchase is required. The only tricky part is knowing when the deals are active so you can open the app to load them. There is a subreddit solely about the CFA deal. Also a slickdeal thread.

They still have the Breakfast burger which I liked the one time I had it. The Hangover was that with white american cheese instead and some special sauce that I didn't even notice. I was looking forward to this since I don't go out during breakfast very often. It was ok but the price was right.
It's crazy how much Carls advertises and they are always dead. I guess you don't have to have volume when your burgers are $10 and large combos are $16.

Yeah Hangover had a type of swiss and special sauce. Breakfast burger has american and ketchup. The two tasted almost identical.
I love free!! The wife feels guilty and wants to buy a drink or side.

I skipped the 1/2 price burgers last night in favor of grilling my own at home, but a shake just might have to happen. There's a Sonic close enough to my work I could walk to it(I won't because I have a car...and I'm lazy) so maybe a lunchtime treat.
