Just when I thought the thread was about to die........LMAO

This guy will give you the shirt off his back but will send you a bill in the mail a few months later

Lmao and he probably stole the shirt in the first place.

Thread just keeps delivering.

I would feel legitimately ill about taking $600 out of my "friends" pockets to run 2 SB squares pools.

I'm shocked that many people agreed to pay that because they both filled. They probably didn't even realize what was happening to be honest. Of course he didn't mention the rake anywhere in his post. Just posted the payouts after someone asked...

Gotta recoup that failed crypto pump and dump somehow.

I am complete outsider here. It is hard to believe someone who is a pure crusher and studies full time is going to spend their time in a stable sharing bankrolls playing in small buy in rec tournies. It would be completely counter productive and a waste of their time. Seeing all the old dormant accounts posting trying to attack the person saying they feel something shady is going on really raises the chance that something shady really is going on. Even the fact that someone would fire 12 bullets or whatever in these tourneys is weird. My take away is stay the hell away from the $400s on the Gulf Coast.

Completely within the rules and fine for someone to fire that many bullets, but man, that **** is annoying, lmao.

I don't totally understand the ROI firing that many bullets, hoping you will cash big. I'm also an idiot, so what do I know?

There is always a bigger grift. The ROI may not have anything to do with poker.

Think of it more as 12 different tournaments instead of 11 rebuys for one tournament.

If you are +EV to enter at that point in the tourney, then it doesn't matter how many bullets you dusted off before (unless you are tilted and will not play well but that goes back to being +EV to enter).

The 36 bullets he fired going all in blind was just advertising for his Super Bowl square pool.

Jokes on us.

Agree if you are playing each bullet like a normal tournament...buying to just shove all in blind hoping to double can't be +ev

So who owns the WSOP Circuit? Is it up to each individual casino to ban these stables of cheats?

I've only played w Cody and the 'crew' for one WSOP series in Cherokee last year. I didn't suspect collusion at the time, just a lot of aggro play I haven't really seen anywhere else. Donovan Dean I remember specifically playing pretty insane, but just chalked it up to him being young dumb and confident.

That being said, I recently played the entire WSOP Circuit in Pompano, and in the Main specifically, experienced my blind get raised and 3bet EVERY ORBIT by the same 2 players, who never showed their cards and always folded if anyone else came over the top. This occurred for maybe 4 hours until I eventually busted.

I've literally never played there, so have no idea who's in which click, and I definitely could have just been running bad. However, I do play a lot of tournaments live and online, and have never experienced anything quite like it before.

Anyways these are just my observations. I'm not accusing anybody of anything, but I won't be going out of my way to play any live WSOP MTTs down south.

You said something right there, thats Gambleations chapter 11 verse 3….

I have always figured it is something beyond just dollars when shady things are occurring, especially shady things that take some level of organization and execution.

I have no idea why he would choose to engage you in intellectual conversation. Its like a physics professor arguing with a booger eating 8 year old. Of course you wont gleem anything out of what he is saying because it resonates at too high an intellectual frequency for you to grasp

I absolutely love unintentional irony. It is literally the highest form of humor.

Villain itt also running squares pools on Facebook and taking a rake. 25+2, 50+4

Guy wins half a mil this month and still Kesslering his followers for some pocket change

This is actually super funny lol, who rakes side/prop bets with friends let alone $2 worth

A fierce pool runner.

to be fair it could potentially be +EV if players are folding way too much to your all ins, and at low stakes MTTs I can imagine they might just look you up way too tight

He's staking horses in pool tourneys too if you play

So far after weeks of reading all this crap, one thing I have learned for sure is that most of these stablemates, pros, grinders, whatever you wanna call them wouldn’t be able to beat a blind man at poker without someone backing them. It would be a cold day in hell before any of these clowns actually succeeded consistently on their own dime. And that is exactly why poker sucks nowadays. Poker might be “alive and well” because farmer Joe is always trying to be the local hero when he calls someone down with Jack High, but the fact that all these fools need to be backed or they can’t perform well is a god damn joke. I’d bet my life if you change any of these series to all freezeout format for 2 weeks, you’d see a complete different set of names at the final 2 tables. Of course these jokers probably won’t play a freezout if their life depended on it because then all their edge would be gone. Unlimited re-entry has ruined tournament poker. Prove me wrong.

I dunno about that one mate, WSOP main event is a freezeout and all regs play it because it’s the softest tourney of the year

Haha, makes me think of the threads - "I am great. A crusher. A beast. Check out this graph. Looking for staking in $5 mtts"

That's part of the reason it's the softest tournament of the year. The stables of pros can't fire 10 barrels per person so the overall ratio of rec buy ins to pro buy ins is better.

I'm legally blind and I read it as cheating on the golf course. I do some of my best cheating on the golf course. Winter rules apply.

Yeah obviously I’m talking about these circuit events. Not talking about the WSOP main event. Big big difference

I'm going to Biloxi today for a couple of nights.
I'm going to cheat my ass off.
The only problem is that I don't play poker (only bj), but I'm still going down there for some good cheatin'...
